A relay detachment jig includes a handle, a pair of holders that holds a relay, a hold releasing unit that connects the handle and the pair of holders and that is elastically deformable, a deformation restricting unit that restricts elastic deformation of the hold releasing unit, an engagement releasing unit that releases the engagement between the relay and a housing member, and a movement restricting unit that restricts a movement of the relay held in the relay detachment jig in a detaching direction. The handle is provided in a manner extending in the detaching direction from the hold releasing unit.

Component detachment jig

An electrical junction box includes: an electrical junction box housing; and a common relay block, an individual corresponding relay block, a common power supply block, and an individual corresponding semiconductor module. The common relay block, the individual corresponding relay block, the common power supply block, and the individual corresponding semiconductor module are attached to the electrical junction box housing.

Electrical junction box

A round terminal fixation structure is a structure for fixing a round terminal connected to an end of an electric wire to a bus bar in an overlapping manner with a bolt. The round terminal includes: a bolt insertion portion with a first through-hole into which the bolt is inserted; a core wire crimp portion for crimping a core wire of the electric wire; and an insulating cover crimp portion. The bus bar includes: a flat plate portion with a second through-hole; a pair of standing pieces vertically extended from the flat plate portion for positioning the core wire crimp portion in between the pair of standing pieces while the first and second through-holes are overlapped with each other; and connection portions electrically connected to the relay or the fuse. A gap between the pair of standing pieces is formed smaller than a width of the bolt insertion portion.

Round terminal fixation structure

An electronic component includes a housing formed to have a box shape, and a terminal derived from inside to outside of the housing to be exposed and extending along a wall surface of the housing. The housing includes a pair of projecting portions formed by causing both external ends of end portions in an end surface on a side where the terminal is derived to project beyond the terminal. The external ends are external ends in a width direction crossing an extending direction in which the terminal extends. The end portions are located on a deriving source side in the extending direction. The terminal has an exposed portion that is located on an imaginary plane, or closer to the wall surface than the imaginary plane is. The imaginary plane includes a pair of corner portions of the wall surface facing the terminal and end portions of the projecting portions.

Electronic component

An electronic component including a lead terminal is inserted into a housing member, and the lead terminal is fitted to a terminal fitting held by the housing member, so that the electronic component is assembled to the housing member. The lead terminal includes a connection portion which is continuous to a base end and is suspended along a side surface of a component main body. The housing member includes a first housing chamber which accommodates the component main body and a second housing chamber which holds the terminal fitting, the first housing chamber is surrounded by a frame-shaped wall portion. The terminal fitting is disposed so as to face the side surface of the component main body, in which a spring portion pressing the connection portion is accommodated in the first housing chamber, with the wall portion interposed therebetween.

Electric junction box

An object of the present invention is to provide a waterproof box capable of improving waterproof performance, and workability and space-saving. Waterproof box

There is provided a bolt support structure which can absorb displacement of a bus bar and prevent the bus bar from bending during fastening of bolt, having a bolt including a head portion and a shaft portion and a mount portion to which the head portion is mounted movable in an axial direction of the shaft portion. The mount portion includes a bottom and upper plates between which a large-diameter portion of the head portion is positioned. The shaft portion and a small-diameter portion of the head portion are passed through a notch of the upper plate. A gap between the bottom and upper plates is larger than the thickness of the large-diameter portion. After the head portion is mounted to the mount portion, the nut is attached to the shaft portion so that the bus bar and the terminal clamp are sandwiched between the head portion and the nut.

Bolt support structure

The present invention provides a waterproof box which can improve water performance and work efficiency, and can reduce space. When washing water hits in the lower surface () of first waterproof portion () of an upper cover (), spay is generated. There is provided an electric junction box () which can reduce the usage of the heat-resistant resin for a connector fitting portion. The electrical junction box () includes a case () including a box-like body () and a box-like body () to be assembled together, a substrate () received in the case (), a connector fitting portion () arranged to engage with a connector and having a terminal () soldered to the substrate () with lead-free solder, a holding portion () holding the terminal (), and a tubular outer wall () surrounding the terminal (). The holding portion () and the outer wall () are formed as separate parts. The outer wall () is divided into two segments formed integrally with the box-like bodies (), respectively. The holding portion () is made of heat-resistant resin while the outer wall () is made of non-heat-resistant resin.

Lock portionsare provided more inside than outermost wall surfacesof a cassette relay block, and the cassette relay blockis inserted into space surrounded by peripheral wallstoon an attaching side, and fixed by the lock portionsand locked portionslocated on the peripheral wall side. The peripheral wallstoon the attaching side are formed as a cassette frame. The cassette frame is used in common for the cassette relay blockor other cassette electric parts mounting blocks. The plural cassette frames are coupled to each other by lock members, and coupled to a connection box body by locked members thereby to constitute an electric connection box.

Cassette relay block attachment structure

Circuit members and electrical parts, connected to the circuit members, are mounted within a pair of division housings and terminals, extending from the circuit members, project outwardly from the division housings, and the two division housings are joined together to form a connector. Walls of the pair of division housings are alternately superposed together. An opening is formed in an outer wall of each of the two division housings, and the circuit members are exposed through the opening. The electrical parts, mounted within the two division housings, are arranged alternately. The pair of division housings, jointed together, are received within a case, and the case has a hood portion for the connector.
