A vehicle seat reclining device includes a ratchet and a guide assembled to be rotatable, a plurality of pawls that are supported by a pair of guide walls provided on the guide, mesh with the ratchet, and are arranged in the relative rotation direction and restrict relative rotation between the ratchet and the guide, and a cam that moves the pawls outward. One of the pawls is a main pawl having a rattle preventing structure. The main pawl includes a bulging portion configured to abut against the pressing portion. Each of the pawls other than the main pawl do not have a bulging portion corresponding to the bulging portion of the main pawl.

Vehicle seat reclining device

A seat reclining device includes a ratchet and a guide assembled to be rotatable relative to each other, a pawl capable of restricting relative rotation between the ratchet and the guide, and a rotation cam that pushes and moves the pawl. The pawl has an eccentric structure in which the pawl is pressed and inclined to one side in the rotation direction due to a pressing force received from the rotation cam, and has a first protrusion that restricts the inclination of the pawl by contact with a guide wall that the first protrusion faces.

Seat reclining device for vehicle

A seat reclining device includes a ratchet, a guide, and pawls for locking relative rotation between the ratchet and the guide. The ratchet has a second convex portion protruding so as to abut against a ride-up protrusion of a main pawl. The second convex portion has, only in a partial region thereof in the rotation direction, a relief concave portion configured to avoid abutment in the rotation direction between the ride-up protrusion and the second convex portion.

A vehicle seat reclining device includes: a ratchet and a guide assembled to be rotatable relative to each other; a plurality of pawls respectively supported by a plurality of corresponding pairs of guide walls of the guide and configured to mesh with the ratchet; and a cam configured to press the pawls in a radial direction by a biasing force of a lock spring. The guide has: welding dowels configured to be welded to a seat frame, the respective welding dowels being formed between the respective pairs of guide walls; and a hooking hole formed between a specific pair of guide walls, an end portion of the lock spring being hooked in the hooking hole. A seat reclining device for a vehicle is configured such that an operating surface section and a projection of a pole are disposed at locations separate from each other along the radial direction of a body surface section, and are half-punched from the body surface section in one direction along the axial direction so as to form projections. A pressed surface section of the pole is provided on an edge surface of the body surface section formed on the other side in the axial direction of the operating surface section along with the half-punched projection of the operating surface section.

A vehicle seat reclining apparatus includes: a protruding portion protruding toward an inner side in a radial direction so as to be abutted by another pawl in a circumferential direction when a specific pawl abuts, in the circumferential direction, against a step formed at a boundary between a first region and a second region; and a restricting portion configured to restrict a movement range of the another pawl regulated by a regulating portion to an inner side in the radial direction than a position where the another pawl and the protruding portion interfere with each other in the radial direction.

In this vehicle seat reclining device, the annular protrusion of a ratchet has a first region, a second region, and a third region, which are arranged circumferentially, and the outer side surface of the ratchet has a fourth region. The protrusion is shaped so that the third region extends further radially outward than the second region. As a result, the portion of the fourth region, which corresponds to the third region, extends further radially outward than the portion of the fourth region, which corresponds to the second region.

A vehicle slide rail device including a memory operation link which is configured to release a lock mechanism while leaving a memory member in a state of defining a default position, a holding link which is configured to, in response to an operation of the memory operation link, be engaged with the memory operation link by being biased and hold the memory operation link in a release operated position, a detection member which is configured to come into contact with a trigger member installed and be moved so as to release the holding state of the memory operation link at the release operated position, and a variable structure which is engaged with the pressing portion of the holding link and is configured to change a position where the pressing portion is arranged in the holding link according to a movement of the memory operation link.

A recliner including a ratchet and a guide mounted in an axial direction, and a lock mechanism configured to lock relative rotation between the ratchet and the guide by meshing in a radial direction, the lock mechanism including a plurality of poles which is configured to be supported in a circumferential direction by the guide and has outer circumferential teeth configured to mesh with inner circumferential teeth formed on the ratchet as the poles are pushed outwards in the radial direction to be moved, the plurality of poles including a specific pole, wherein the specific pole includes a pressing portion configured to contact a restraint portion of the guide from an inner side in the radial direction so as to be restrained from moving in the circumferential direction as the specific pole is pushed outwards in the radial direction by an operating cam to be moved.
