A poppet-type flow control valve includes: a valve housing including an inlet passage, an outlet passage, a valve chamber provided between the inlet passage and the outlet passage, and a valve seat provided in the valve chamber; a valve body accommodated in the valve housing and configured to advance and retract relative to the valve seat; a piston configured to move integrally with the valve body in an advancing and retracting direction, in which the valve body advances and retracts; a movable member movable in the advancing and retracting direction, in which the valve body advances and retracts, the movable member being configured to move integrally with the valve body at least when the movable member moves in a retracting direction of the advancing and retracting direction; an electric motor; a position detector configured to detect a rotational angle of an output shaft of the electric motor; a linear motion conversion mechanism configured to convert a rotation amount of the output shaft of the electric motor into a linear motion displacement of the piston in the advancing and retracting direction; and a controller configured to perform feedback control of the electric motor, such that the rotational angle of the output shaft, which is detected by the position detector, is adjusted to a rotational angle corresponding to a predetermined target distance between the valve seat and the valve body.

Poppet-type flow control valve

The present invention provides a low-cost detachment determining device capable of determining whether or not an electromagnetic valve-equipped device has been detached. The detachment determining device determines whether or not at least a part of an electromagnetic valve-equipped device included in an industrial machine, such as a construction machine or an industrial vehicle, has been detached from the industrial machine, the electromagnetic valve-equipped device being a hydraulic device equipped with an electromagnetic valve. The detachment determining device includes: an electrical characteristic detecting portion configured to output a detection signal to the electromagnetic valve-equipped device and detect an electrical characteristic of the electromagnetic valve-equipped device based on the detection signal; and a detachment determining portion configured to determine, based on a plurality of electrical characteristics detected at different time points by the electrical characteristic detecting portion, whether or not at least a part of the electromagnetic valve-equipped device has been detached.

An operating device includes: an operating lever extending in a first direction and including a first end-side part in the first direction, the first end-side part being operable; a casing supporting a first-direction intermediate part of the operating lever; first and second sensors arranged in the casing so as to be spaced apart from each other in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and be adjacent to a second end-side part in the first direction of the operating lever; and third and fourth sensors arranged in the casing so as to be spaced apart from each other in a third direction perpendicular to the first and second directions and be adjacent to the second end-side part of the operating lever, wherein each of the first to fourth sensors outputs a signal in accordance with a load applied from the operating lever.

Operating device

An electric lever device includes: a casing including a base portion attached to a machine main body; a cam supported by a support shaft at the casing and configured to swing in a plane intersecting with a center axis of the support shaft; and an operating lever fixed to the cam and configured to be tilted integrally with the cam in the same plane, wherein: a tilt detecting switch configured to detect tilt of the operating lever is attached to the casing so as to be located higher than the base portion; and the cam includes a tilt detection engaging portion configured to move an acting portion of the tilt detecting switch when the operating lever is tilted from a neutral position.

Electric lever device

An operation device includes: an operating unit; a pilot valve that outputs a pilot pressure corresponding to an operating amount of the operating unit; an operating amount detection sensor that outputs an operating amount signal corresponding to the operating amount of the operating unit; a first bar code provided on the pilot valve and containing pilot pressure actual measurement information indicating a relationship between the operating amount of the operating unit and an actual measurement value of the pilot pressure outputted from the pilot valve; and a second bar code provided on the pilot valve and containing operating amount signal actual measurement information indicating a relationship between the operating amount of the operating unit and an actual measurement value of the operating amount signal outputted from the operating amount detection sensor.

Operation device and hydraulic system

Disclosed is a pipe made of an iron-base material, having a corrosion prevention layer formed on the surface thereof. The corrosion prevention layer includes a Zn&#x2014;Sn sprayed coating including Sn in a content of more than 1% by mass and less than 50% by mass and the balance composed of Zn. Alternatively, the corrosion prevention layer includes a Zn&#x2014;Sn&#x2014;Mg sprayed coating including Sn in a content of more than 1% by mass and less than 50% by mass, Mg in a content of more than 0.01% by mass and less than 5% by mass and the balance composed of Zn. Preferably, the sprayed coating of the corrosion prevention layer includes at least any one of Ti, Co, Ni and P, and the content of each of these elements is more than 0.001% by mass and less than 3% by mass.

An oil-immersed solenoid is provided with a casing including a base, a cylinder, and a flange in an integral manner, a fixed magnetic pole, a plunger having an armature, a guide pipe, a coil unit including a bobbin around which a coil is wound, and a cover, the fixed magnetic pole is integrated with the casing, and in the state where the plunger, the guide pipe, the coil unit, and the cover are attached in the cylinder of the casing, a front end of the cylinder is swaged, thereby holding the plunger, the guide pipe, the coil unit, and the cover in the casing.

Oil-immersed solenoid

An adjusting screw structure of an oil immersed solenoid comprises a movable core provided in a first space of a main body case to be movable in an axial direction. The core is biased by an adjusting spring to be pulled by a fixed magnetic pole portion. An adjusting screw capable of adjusting biasing force of the adjusting spring is included. The adjusting screw structure includes an air-bleeding plug configured to detachably attach to and seal an opening end portion of a rear case, which communicates with the first space. The air-bleeding plug includes an internal screw portion that threadedly engages the adjustable screw. A detachable mechanism is configured to attach the air-bleeding plug to the opening end portion, locating the air-bleeding plug at a predetermined attachment position in a movement direction of the adjusting screw. Thus, air in a solenoid can be removed without causing a biasing force error.

Adjusting screw structure of oil immersed solenoid and oil immersed solenoid including the same

An oil immersed solenoid capable of easily and quickly removing air and air bubbles in oil in a space accommodating a movable core and preventing the air and the like from accumulating in the space. In an oil immersed solenoid in which a movable core is accommodated in a space of a tubular second guide so as to be movable in an axial direction of the second guide and the movable core is pulled by a fixed magnetic pole portion provided to be spaced apart from a tip end portion of the second guide, an air accumulation preventing portion is provided between the tip end portion of the second guide and a convex portion of a rear end portion of the fixed magnetic pole portion, and the second guide is made of a magnetic material and the air accumulation preventing portion is made of a non-magnetic material.

Oil immersed solenoid

An axle driving apparatus in which a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor which constitute a hydrostatic transmission are disposed on a center section. In a horizontal portion of the center section are provided a pair of linear oil passages in parallel to each other. A pair of arcuate ports are provided on a pump mounting surface formed on the horizontal portion of the center section. The pair of arcuate ports are substantially perpendicular with respect to the direction in which the oil passages extend. The axis of slanting movement of a movable swash plate of the hydraulic pump extends laterally of the vehicle body on which the axle driving apparatus is provided. The rotating direction of an arm provided on a control shaft for slantingly operating the movable swash plate is coincident with the operating direction of a control rod connected with a speed changing member. Thus, the link mechanism for connecting the speed changing member and the control arm for the movable swash plate is simplified.

Axle driving apparatus

A transaxle has an axle, an input shaft drivingly connected to a prime mover and a brake disposed around the input shaft so as to brake the input shaft. A reduction drive train is drivingly interposed between the input shaft and the axle. The transaxle also has a reduction casing incorporating the reduction drive train and a lube sump provided in the reduction casing. A delivery opening is located at an outer peripheral side surface of the input shaft so as to deliver lube to the brake. The transaxle also has a brake lube passage provided in the input shaft so as to be connected to the delivery opening and lube introduction means for supplying lube from the lube sump to the brake lube passage.

Transaxle with brake

A working vehicle comprises: a power source having an output shaft; axles; a cargo deck; and a transmission apparatus for driving axles disposed below the cargo deck. The transmission apparatus includes an input shaft drivingly connected to the output shaft of the power source, a hydro-mechanical stepless transmission driven by the input shaft, and a differential gear assembly differentially connecting the axles to each other. The hydro-mechanical stepless transmission includes a planetary gear assembly and a hydrostatic stepless transmission drivingly connected to the planetary gear assembly. The differential gear assembly is drivingly connected to the hydro-mechanical stepless transmission.

Transmission apparatus for a working vehicle

A vehicle including an integral transaxle apparatus with axles, a driving hydrostatic transmission (HST), a steering HST, and a differential unit. Driving operating means for slanting operation of a first movable swash plate of the variable displacement driving hydraulic pump for switching the travelling direction between forward and backward and for changing the travelling speed, and steering operating means for slanting operation of a second movable swash plate of the variable displacement steering hydraulic pump so as to determine the leftward and rightward cornering angle are provided. The steering hydraulic motor has a third movable swash plate interlocking with the driving operating means so that the slanting direction of the third movable swash plate is changed according to the operation of the driving operating means, whereby the vehicle turns laterally in the same direction in response to the steering operating means whether the vehicle travels forward or backward.
