Storage stores, for at least one specific preliminary operation among the plurality of preliminary operations, operating condition information including a transferring condition for transferring to a different preliminary operation and a terminating condition for terminating a specific preliminary operation in advance. A controller controls the preliminary operation performing part to commence a specific preliminary operation, controls the preliminary operation performing part to commence a different preliminary operation when the transferring condition of this specific preliminary operation is satisfied, and controls the preliminary operation performing part to terminate this specific preliminary operation when the terminating condition of this specific preliminary operation is satisfied.

Ophthalmologic observation apparatus using optical coherence tomography

An ophthalmologic apparatus which is capable of preferably executing position matching between an eye and optical system is provided. An ophthalmologic apparatus of an embodiment includes an examination optical system, supporting part, driver, two or more imaging parts, analyzer and controller. The examination optical system is used for an examination of the eye. The supporting part supports a face of a subject. The driver moves the examination optical system and the supporting part relatively and three-dimensionally. The two or more imaging parts substantially simultaneously photograph an anterior eye part of the eye from different directions. The analyzer obtains a three-dimensional position of the eye by analyzing two or more photograph images acquired by the two or more imaging parts substantially simultaneously. The controller controls the driver based on the three-dimensional position to relatively move the examination optical system and the supporting part.

Ophthalmologic apparatus

A personal computer prepares a content file and an order form file using software provided by a center system, and transmits the prepared files to the center system over the Internet. Given the order form file from a customer device, the center system encodes a content file accordingly to generate content stream data and causes a moving picture delivery server to deliver the generated stream data to user terminals. The analyzer analyzes photographic images captured by the two or more imaging parts to obtain the three-dimensional position of the eye, and displacement information indicating the displacement direction and displacement amount of the eye due to eye movement. The controller performs a first alignment process of controlling the drive part based on the three-dimensional position to move the examination optical system and a second alignment process of controlling the drive part based on the displacement information to move the examination optical system.

The correction information is acquired based on optical properties of eyeballs, and used to correct the position of the eye in the optical axis direction of the examination optical system. The position corrector corrects the three-dimensional position obtained by the analyzer based on the correction information. The controller controls the drive part based on the three-dimensional position corrected to move the examination optical system.

A fundus oculi observation devicedivides a low-coherence light Linto a signal light LS and a reference light LR, superimposes the signal light LS propagated through a a fundus oculi Ef and the reference light LR propagated through a reference mirrorto generate and detect an interference light LC, and forms an OCT image of the fundus oculi Ef based on the result of the detection. The fundus oculi observation devicescans with the signal light LS while changing a scan interval when performing a series of scans with the signal light LS. Thus, it is possible to acquire a highly accurate image at small scan intervals from an attention site, and it is possible to reduce a scanning time by scanning at large intervals in other sites. Accordingly, it is possible to rapidly acquire a highly accurate image of an attention site.

Optical image measurement device and program for controlling the same

A device is an OCT device that splits a low-coherence light into a signal light and a reference light, detects an interference light obtained by superimposing the signal light propagated through an eye and the reference light propagated through a reference mirror, and forms an image of an fundus oculi. The device has a scan unit that scans the eye with the signal light. When a cross-section position is designated in an fundus oculi image, the device repetitively scans with the signal light along each cross-section position to repeatedly forms tomographic images at each cross-section position, thereby displaying a tomographic motion image at each cross-section position on a display. An operator can observe the tomographic motion image to designate the range and timing for measurement of a tomographic still image.

An optical image measuring device forms an image of an object to be measured based on a result of light-receiving by a light-receiving part. This optical image measuring device comprises: a specifying part configured to specify the light irradiated state to the light-receiving surface of a light-receiving part via a light guiding part and a dispersion part; and an altering part configured to alter the relative position and/or direction between a light-receiving surface and the exit end of light from the light guiding part, based on the light irradiated state.
