Formed on the first shaping surface is a first groove section extending in a predetermined direction. The moving mechanisms move the core units along a predetermined direction in which the first groove section extends, while maintaining a state in which the first shaping surface is in contact with the fiber base material.

During flight of the drone, the altitude of the drone is measured by an altitude meter mounted on the drone, altitude information indicating the measured altitude is acquired, and is used, in flying the drone.
