A trimming device includes: a moving unit including a transport unit that transports a booklet which includes one or more sheets and which is folded in half at a center portion of the booklet, with a folded portion of the booklet at a front, a correction unit that corrects a posture of the booklet in response to a leading end of the booklet transported by the transport unit abutting against the correction unit, the correction unit being capable of advancing to an abutting position on a path of the booklet and retracting from the path, and an upper guide unit that extends at least between the transport unit and the correction unit, the upper guide unit that guides an upper surface of the booklet, the moving unit being movable in a transport direction between (i) a predetermined upstream position and (ii) a downstream position downstream of the upstream position in the transport direction; a lower guide unit that guides a lower surface of the booklet transported by the transport unit; and a cutting unit that cuts a downstream fore edge portion of the booklet in the transport direction, the cutting unit being capable of advancing to the path of the booklet and retracting from the path of the booklet. The upper guide unit is configured such that a gap between the upper guide unit and the lower guide unit widens in accordance with a thickness of the booklet to allow the booklet to pass through the gap.

A sheet processing apparatus includes a pressing unit and a shifting unit. The pressing unit has a protrusion and presses the protrusion against a fold section of a sheet. The fold section extends in one direction. The shifting unit moves at least one of the protrusion of the pressing unit and the sheet so as to shift a pressing position, at which the fold section is pressed by the protrusion, in the one direction or in a direction opposite to the one direction.

A sheet processing apparatus includes a rotating member, a switching unit, and a pressing unit. The rotating member is rotatable and has a facing portion that faces a fold section of a sheet. The rotating member rotates so as to switch the facing portion to another facing portion. Each facing portion is provided with a protrusion. A set position of the protrusion in an axial direction varies from facing portion to facing portion. The switching unit rotates the rotating member so as to switch the facing portion that faces the fold section. The pressing unit presses the protrusion of the facing portion against the fold section.

An image forming apparatus includes at least one paper supply portion including a roll paper accommodating portion adapted to accommodate a paper roll constituted by winding long paper around a shaft, a roll paper holding portion on which the paper roll is temporarily put, a paper feeding portion adapted to deliver paper from the paper roll accommodated on the roll paper accommodating portion, a horizontal rotating-shaft adapted to support the paper supply portion in a body of the image forming apparatus, the paper supply portion drawn outwardly from the body of the image forming apparatus by being rotated when change of the paper roll is performed, wherein the change of the paper roll can be performed by rotating the paper supply portion to thereby draw out the paper supply portion.
