A standard gas introduction passage and an air inlet port are provided on positions downstream and upstream a dehumidifier respectively. A zero gas and a span gas are measured in dry states, a value of the atmosphere introduced from the air inlet port which is measured in the same moisture concentration as the sample gas is subtracted as a moisture interference value from the measured value of the sample gas for correcting moisture interference, and calibration curve data are applied to a result of measurement after the correction. Calibration can be finished in a short period, whereby the capacities of standard gas cylinders can be reduced and the overall device can be miniaturized.

Continuous gas analyzer

A non-dispersive infrared analyzer and method for analyzing a concentration in a gas utilizes an infrared light source and a cell configured to have a gas flow therethrough. The cell also has an infrared light passage through which a sample gas stream and an infrared light beam can travel. A sector has at least two filters for filtering infrared light, and is provided with the apparatus. The sector alternately inserts the at least two filters into the infrared beam. A detector detects wavelengths of the infrared light beam which corresponds to an absorption band of the gas to be measured, and a second wavelength which corresponds to an absorption band of the preselected reference gas. The detector receives the infrared light beam after the light beam has traveled through the sample cell. The detector generates an electrical signal based upon the detected infrared light, which is correlated with a position indicating apparatus to provide a normalized intensity ratio, which is used to calculate the concentration of the gas to be measured in the cell.

Apparatus of non-dispersive infrared analyzer

A sampling needle and a ventilation pretreatment needle for sparging out a gas containing no carbon component are mounted on the same arm mechanism to be simultaneously driven. The sampling needle is adapted to introduce samples as well as to distributively inject acid into sample containers. The ventilation pretreatment needle is adapted to stir samples during sampling as well as to pretreat next samples during analysis.

Automatic sample introducer for analyzer

In a chemiluminescent analyzer for measuring a concentration of an object gas in a sample gas by mixing the sample gas with 5 a reaction gas and measuring light generated in a chemical reaction between the object gas and the reaction gas, the two gases flow through a double tube composed of an outer tube and an inner tube, and are mixed at the end of the tubes. The end of the inner tube is closed, and one or more outlets are provided at the side wall of the inner tube near the closed end. The flow of the gas coming out of the inner tube through the outlet or outlets crosses the flow of the gas in the outer tube, which enhances the mixture of the two gases and increases the chance of reaction between the object gas and the reaction gas. Since the flow of the mixed gas is directed toward the inner wall of the outer tube, the solid or liquid reaction product between the impurities in the sample gas and the reaction gas precipitates on the inner wall of the outer tube, not on a transparent glass plate separating the gases and the photometer for measuring the reaction emission (light).
