According to one embodiment, a holding apparatus holds a moving body and changes a position of the moving body in a second direction perpendicular to a surface of a columnar body. The surface of the columnar body extends in the first direction. The moving body is movable along the first direction. The apparatus includes first and second holders separated from each other. The first holder includes first and second portions separated from each other, and a third portion. The second holder includes fourth and fifth portions separated from each other, and a sixth portion. The moving body is held by the first and second holders in a state in which the moving body is at a hold position. The hold position is where the moving body opposes the third and sixth portions and is between the first and second portions and between the fourth and fifth portions.

Holding apparatus, control system and inspection system

According to one embodiment, an inspection system includes an illuminator, an imager, and a processor. The illuminator irradiates light into an interior of a hole. The imager acquires a first image by imaging the interior of the hole where the light is irradiated. The processor detecting a blockage of at least a portion of the hole based on a luminance of the hole inside the first image.

Inspection system and inspection method

According to one embodiment, an inspection system inspects equipment including a first structural object and a second structural object. The first structural object extends in a first direction. The second structural object is provided around the first structural object. The second structural object has a first surface opposing the first structural object. A first protrusion is provided in the first surface. The first protrusion extends in the first direction. The system includes a robot and a controller. The robot includes an imager. The robot moves between the first structural object and the second structural object. The imager images the first protrusion. The controller detects, from a first image acquired by the imager, a first edge portion of the first protrusion in a circumferential direction around the first direction. The controller controls a movement of the robot by using the detected first edge portion.

Inspection system

According to one embodiment, a holding apparatus includes a holding mechanism, a movement mechanism, a measuring instrument, a detector, and a controller. The holding mechanism holds a mobile body. The mobile body is movable through a gap between first and second structure bodies. The first structure body is columnar and extends in a first direction. The second structure body is tubular and is located around the first structure body along a first plane perpendicular to the first direction. The movement mechanism moves the holding mechanism along a circumferential direction around the first direction. The measuring instrument measures a movement amount in the circumferential direction of the holding mechanism. The detector detects a tilt of the holding mechanism in the first plane. The controller operates the movement mechanism and moves the holding mechanism based on a measurement result of the measuring instrument and a detection result of the first detector.

Holding apparatus, inspection system, and movement method

According to one embodiment, an inspection apparatus determines an object to be in a first state when an intensity at a first frequency of a frequency characteristic is not less than a first threshold, and determines the object to be in a second state when the intensity at the first frequency is less than the first threshold. The frequency characteristic is generated based on a vibration of the object when the object is struck. The second state is different from the first state.

According to one embodiment, a robot device includes a robot and a station part. The robot is inserted into a gap between an outer peripheral surface of a first part of a first member and a second member surrounding the outer peripheral surface. The first member includes the first part and a second part. A step is formed between the first part and the second part. The station part includes an elevating mechanism. The elevating mechanism lowers the robot onto the outer peripheral surface of the first member on a lower stage side of the step, and raises the robot from the outer peripheral surface.
