An antenna device includes a main circuit board, a first-type antenna ground-coupled to the main circuit board, and a second-type antenna ground-coupled to the main circuit board. The first-type antenna has a ground structure. The second-type antenna is spaced apart from the first-type antenna and an operating bandwidth of the second-type antenna is greater than an operating bandwidth of the first-type antenna.

An enciphered file sharing method is adapted to an area distributed type data processing system in which a plurality of data processing units are coupled via a network and a plurality of users share files while maintaining privacy among the users. The enciphered file sharing method includes the steps of (a) enciphering files using a cipher key and storing enciphered files in directories having a hierarchical tree structure in at least a first data processing unit which functions as a file server, (b) enciphering files having the same access attribute by the same cipher key by assigning one cipher key to each of the directories, and (c) transferring the enciphered files in the network and locally deciphering the enciphered files in at least a second data processing unit which is used by one of the users, where the second data processing unit is different from the first data processing unit.

Enciphered file sharing method

A user authenticating system includes a certification authority for issuing a certification to a user who desires to use a bulletin board system. The certification is obtained by enciphering original information including at least information identifying the user using a secret key. A computer is, provided in the bulletin board system, for authenticating the user based on the certification. The computer has a deciphering unit for deciphering the certification using a public key so as to obtain the original information and a determining knit for determining based on the original information obtained by the deciphering unit whether the user is a regular user. An apparatus which encrypts data transferred through a network during a session between a client terminal and a server. The client terminal issues a channel establishment command to start the session and includes a first encryption device and a first decryption device which are both initialized at the start of the session. A server is responsive to the channel establishment command so that the server communicates with the client terminal through the network during the session. The server includes a second encryption device and a second decryption device which are initialized at the start of the session. The server also includes a random data generator which generates random data in response to the issuance of the channel establishment command by the client terminal. The random data is used to initialize the first and second encryption devices and the first and second decryption devices and to set the encryption for the session.
