An injection device in a molding machine includes: a cylinder having an outlet member formed at a tip-end injection side, a stopper part provided at a rear side, and a pellet supply opening for supplying plastic pellets; a melting device having a plurality of melting holes formed communicating from inflow-side large openings to outflow-side small openings in the longitudinal direction of a device main body, the melting device having a diameter equal to an inner diameter of the cylinder; a heating unit for heating the melting device; and a drive unit for causing the melting device to move in a reciprocating manner.

Injection device in molding machine

A injection device in molding machine is capable of efficiently heating and melting a plurality of charged pellets in a short period of time, and injecting a melting resin with superior quality. The injection device has a cylinder including a pellet supply port, a plunger, a driving unit, a melting instrument with a plurality of melting holes, which are cone-shaped passages, formed in a cylinder-shaped instrument body to communicate from inflow-side large openings to outflow-side small openings, a nozzle provided on an injection side of the cylinder and a heating unit heating the melting instrument. A diameter of the tip-end of the plunger is set to be the same as a diameter of the outflow side face of the melting machine.

In a fluorescent display tube, a metal spacer is used as a height sustaining member and a fixing member of linear member so that the fixing strength of the linear member in the lengthwise direction is increased. In the fluorescent display tube, both ends of filament and Al wires are bonded onto a cathode electrode formed on a substrate by ultrasonic bonding. The ends of the filament are embedded in a part in the Al wires in the shape of being bent into a letter Z or an inverted letter Z to form fixing portion.

A fluorescent luminous tube includes a plurality of cathode filaments, a multiplicity of a cathode wirings, each cathode wiring including one or more terminal portions and a wiring portion and being formed of a metal layer, and one or more intermediate portions, each being made of a metal layer. The cathode filament is grouped into at least one set of one or more filaments and filaments in each set are connected in series by fixing an end portion thereof on a terminal portion or an intermediate portion by ultrasonic wire bonding or ultrasonic bonding.

Fluorescent luminous tube

An electron tube such as a fluorescent display tube is provided. Auxiliary linear support members (e.g. linear spacers and linear dampers), which subsidiarily support liner members (e.g. cathode filaments and wire grids), are bonded on a substrate, using ultrasonic welding (without using an adhesive agent (e.g. fritted glass or a conductive paste)). A metal layer (e.g. a thin or thick aluminum film) is formed over the glass substrate. The end of the coil of a cathode filament is securely bonded to the metal layer. A spacer of a metal wire (e.g. aluminum) is ultrasonic welded to the metal layer. The welding is performed with the wedge tool of an ultrasonic welder placed at the position where the spacer is in contact with the cathode filament. A U-shaped recess is left at the welded spot. This recess prevents the cathode filament from being displaced. If necessary, the metal layer is formed over the substrate and the damper of a metal wire (e.g. aluminum) is disposed to prevent the vibration of the cathode filament.

Electron tube and method of manufacturing the same

A simple and slim double-faced vacuum fluorescent display device has no grid, thereby lowing the power consumption and fabrication cost thereof. Anode electrodes on one of the front plate and the back plate function as grids for anode electrodes on the other one of the front plate and the back plate. The light emitted from anode electrodes is not blocked by grids, thereby enhancing light emitting efficiency thereof.

Double-faced vacuum fluorescent display device and method for driving same

A fluorescent display device of the plane grid type capable of reducing accumulation of charges on an insulating layer, to thereby prevent an electron shading phenomenon and permit electrons emitted from a filament toward anode electrodes to be uniformly spread in a plane-like manner on both sides of the filament. A first substrate is formed thereon with stripe-like thin-film anode electrodes and stripe-like thin-film grids in a matrix-like manner through a thin-film insulating layer. The insulating layer and grids are formed with openings. Phosphors are deposited on portions of the anode electrodes exposed through the openings. The grids are formed into a height equal to or smaller than that of the phosphors. A second substrate is formed thereon with back electrodes for controlling emission of electrons from filaments. Control voltages applied to the back electrodes have a potential gradient given thereto so that a potential difference occurs between a position near the filaments and a position apart therefrom.

A fluorescent display device includes a first substrate, an insulating layer formed on the first substrate, n columns of m anodes, each anode having a fluorescent layer thereon, Q anode lead wires provided for each column of the m anodes, every Qth anodes being connected to a same anode lead wire, and m/Q grids, formed on the insulating layer, each grid being arranged across the n columns of m anodes, each grid being provided with openings for each column of m anodes, each opening exposing a portion of the first substrate and one anode being formed on the exposed portion of the first substrate.

Graphic fluorescent display device

An abnormal mold detector is provided that can previously detect the breakage of a mold tool with an ejector plate. A pressure sensor is attached to the ejector pin of a mold to detect the mold internal pressure. The operation status of the mold is detected by the sensor attached to the mold piece of the mold. An abnormality detector, formed of a CPU, processes the detected pressure signal and the mold working state indicating signal. The abnormality detector sets a reference value D exceeding a normal sticking resistance of the ejector pin. As a material is injected, the mold internal pressure increases during one cycle (A and B) in the molding step. After the molding process, the ejection process is carried out by the ejector pin during the value C. When a sticking resistance exceeding the value D is confirmed during the monitoring operation (FF), the abnormality detector decides that there may be the possibility that an abnormal state occurs in the mold tool. Thus the abnormality detector issues an alarm signal to the operator to halt the operation of the molding machine.

Abnormal mold detector

A marking device is provided that can confirm a mark imprinted on a molded piece from outside a molding tool and can inscribe a plurality of marks with a sole marker. The marking device consists of a reference sleeve, a top imprint portion, a sleeve, a top imprint portion, and a pin. The reference sleeve is fixedly assembled and has the top reference imprint surface confronting a molding area, a reference imprint mark being formed on the stamp surface. The top imprint portion is rotatably journaled within the reference sleeve and has the top display imprint surface being flush with the top reference imprint surface, on which data imprint marks to be pointed by a reference imprint mark are formed. The sleeve has a base end actuator, on which data display are indicated, formed at a protrusion protruded from a molding area outward. The top imprint member is rotatably journaled within the sleeve and has a top display imprint surface being flush with the top reference imprint surface, on which a data imprint mark to be pointed a reference imprint mark is formed. The pin has a base end actuator having a protrusion protruded from a molding area outward, on which data display indicators respectively corresponding to data imprint marks are indicated.

Marking device for molding tool

A golf cart control and monitoring system on a golf course including a plurality of sensors arranged along a golf cart path at locations corresponding to at least a teeing ground, a fairway, and a putting green of each hole of the golf course in which each of the sensors includes a sensor ID transmitting apparatus. Each of a plurality of golf carts traveling on the golf cart path includes a golf cart ID transmitting apparatus configured to maintain communication between the sensors and the golf carts. Also included is a golf cart control station having a golf cart location device configured to determine locations of the golf carts traveling on the golf cart path. The golf cart location device includes a radio transmitter/receiver configured to receive information on the golf cart IDs and a current location of the golf carts in the golf course from the sensors and the golf carts. The location device also includes a signal processing unit configured to process information on the golf cart IDs and the current location of the golf carts and to provide a table including location information corresponding to the current location of each golf cart on the teeing ground, the fairway and the putting green of each hole of the entire gold course. The location information is displayed in a sequentially straight line or a bar graph. A display indicates a progress of the golf carts on the table as the golf carts travel around the golf course.

Golf cart location display device

An ejector pin with a pressure sensor is provided, of which the sensor output can be utilized without any correction even in different diameter thereof, so that no design changes are required according to loads to the ejector pin. The ejector pin has a bar portion for extruding a molded component and a sleeve portion slidably housing the bar portion. The end of the bar portion faces the cavity from the opening at the end of the guide portion. A housing room is defined by the step portion at the lower end of the sleeve portion. A strain producing portion with an U-shaped cross section fixed on the base end of the bar portion is disposed inside the housing room. A strain sensor is attached on the lower surface of the beam of the strain producing portion. Only the area of the end of the bar portion is related to the pressure detection. When the pressure of a resin is applied on the end of the bar portion, the downward load on the bar portion bends the beam down. The strain sensor outputs a signal corresponding to the load and the pressure is worked out. By separately preparing plural kinds of sleeve portions with different outer diameters, the thickness of an ejector pin can be arbitrarily set according to conditions.
