An electrical connection box that is applied to a wire harness includes: a housing that includes a housing space portion that is formed therein and houses therein a first electronic component, and a housing recessed portion that is partitioned below the housing space portion in a vertical direction by a partition wall portion, closed on one side in a horizontal direction, provided with an opening on the other side in the horizontal direction, and houses therein a second electronic component; and a latch mechanism that is positioned within the housing recessed portion and latches the second electronic component and the housing in a state that the second electronic component is housed in the housing recessed portion.

Electrical connection box and wire harness

An electric junction box which can surly distribute electric power from a power source even if a electric power distributing unit is arranged is provided. The electric junction box includes a box main body; a power integration attached to the box main body and supplied with an electric power from a power source; and a block. The block includes a block main body formed separately from the box main body and attached to the box main body; and a terminal received in the block main body, attached to an end of an electric power cable connected to the power source, and connected to the power integration.

Attaching structure of banding band

For an object of providing an electric connection box which can relax limitation of arranging electric components and connectors of a wiring harness, the electric connection box includes a box main body having a plurality of cassette blocks in which a relay is mounted. A fusible link is mounted at one cassette block. A top surface of the one cassette block is arranged at a higher position than a top surface of the cassette block adjacent to the one cassette block. The plurality of cassette blocks is arranged to locate each of the top surfaces thereof lower one by one in proportion to parting from the one cassette block.

Electric connection box

Lock portionsare provided more inside than outermost wall surfacesof a cassette relay block, and the cassette relay blockis inserted into space surrounded by peripheral wallstoon an attaching side, and fixed by the lock portionsand locked portionslocated on the peripheral wall side. Cassette relay block attachment structure

An electric distribution box, includes a box body for being placed in a vehicle room; a mounting portion which is provided on the box body for being fixed to a vehicle body, and a rupture induction portion which is provided at a box body side of the mounting portion for inducing the rupture of the mounting portion by an impact upon collision of a vehicle so as to separate the box body from the vehicle body. The mounting portion is divided into two virtual sections by a line passing through a center of an insertion hole of the mounting portion, the longitudinal axis being substantially parallel to an advance direction of the vehicle. The rupture induction portion is provided at one of the two virtual sections which is disposed in a direction away from a direction of laterally-inclining of the box body upon collision of the vehicle.

Electric distribution box

A heat-radiation structure of an electronic-unit box in which an air layer is formed between a primary peripheral wall of the electronic-unit box and a secondary peripheral wall located inside the primary peripheral wall, and an electronic unit is received inside the secondary peripheral wall, an air intake and an air outlet are provided in a box body so as to communicate with the air layer, and air interrupting walls are provided in a shorter peripheral-distance-side flow path of the air layer between the air intake and the air outlet so that cooling air passes through a longer peripheral-distance-side flow path of the air layer from the air intake to the air outlet. Preferably, an electric fan is provided at the air outlet.

Heat-radiation structure of electric unit box

A waterproof casing including a casing body which has a substantial box-shape and a lid which openably closes an open portion of the casing body. The casing body end the lid include respective first peripheral walls butted against each other to thereby prevent the intrusion of water into a receiving space for electrical parts, and also include respective second peripheral walls which are spaced outwardly from the first peripheral walls to form a space around the first peripheral walls, and are butted against each other, so that each of the joint portion between the first peripheral walls and the joint portion between the second peripheral walls forms a waterproof structure which limits the intrusion of water. The two joint portions are offset from each other in a vertical direction, and drain holes are formed through a bottom portion of the second peripheral wall of the casing body so as to reduce the pressure of a high-pressure water stream within the space and also to discharge the water from the space.
