A moving body behavior prediction device predicts the behavior of a moving body comprising: a travel environment recognition unit that acquires external information DS and recognizes the travel environment; a prediction model evaluation value storage unit that stores an evaluation value for each travel environment in relation to prediction models prepared in advance; a prediction model determination unit 112 that determines the prediction model corresponding to the travel environment recognized by the travel environment recognition unit from among the prediction models, the determination being performed on the basis of the travel environment recognized by the travel environment recognition unit and the evaluation value stored in the prediction model evaluation value storage unit; and a behavior prediction unit 113 that predicts the behavior of the moving body using the prediction model determined by the prediction model determination unit.

A video transmitting/receiving device includes: a receiving unit which receives video content; a converting unit which performs predetermined conversion on a video signal included in the video content; an information adding unit which adds a complement signal to the video signal converted by the converting unit; an input/output unit which inputs information of an external device and outputs the video signal; and a control unit, and the control unit performs control to select and output one of the video signal before performing the conversion by the converting unit, the video signal which has been converted by the converting unit, and the video signal to which the complement signal has been added by the information adding unit, in accordance with device information of the external device serving as an output destination, which is obtained by the input/output unit.

A semiconductor integrated circuit is configured so that a transition scan test can be performed thereon. The semiconductor integrated circuit includes a plurality of logic circuit blocks having different operation frequencies; a clock supply unit for supplying a plurality of clock signals having frequencies corresponding to the operation frequencies of the logic circuit blocks from a clock supply source; a compression scan circuit including a plurality of scan chains formed of a plurality of flip-flop circuits, a pattern deployment circuit connected to the scan chains on an input side thereof, and a pattern compression circuit; and a clock control unit for controlling the clock supply unit to stop supplying the clock signals to specific ones of the flip-flop circuits of the scan chains when a capture operation is performed during a transition scan test.
