The present invention provides a steel wire, for springs excellent in coiling property while having a high strength, as a heat treated steel wire for high strength springs, characterized by: comprising, in mass, C: 0.75 to 0.85%, Si: 1.5 to 2.5%, Mn: 0.5 to 1.0%, Cr: 0.3 to 1.0%, P: not more than 0.015%, S: not more than 0.015%, N: 0.001 to 0.007%, W: 0.05 to 0.3%, and the balance consisting of Fe and unavoidable impurities; having a tensile strength of not less than 2,000 MPa; spheroidal carbides, composed of mainly cementite, observed in a microscopic visual field satisfying the area percentage of the spheroidal carbides not less than 0.2 &#x3bc;m in circle equivalent diameter being not more than 7%, the density of the spheroidal carbides 0.2 to 3 &#x3bc;m in circle equivalent diameter being not more than 1 piece/&#x3bc;m, and the density of the spheroidal carbides over 3 &#x3bc;m in circle equivalent diameter being not more than 0.001 piece/&#x3bc;m; the prior austenite grain size number being #10 or larger; the content of the retained austenite being not more than 12 mass %; the maximum diameter of carbides being not more than 15 &#x3bc;m; and the maximum diameter of oxides being not more than 15 &#x3bc;m.

A pusher has a leaf spring , a driving section , a direction changing section , and guides . The driving section nips the leaf spring to longitudinally advance and retract it. Advancement of a fore end of the leaf spring in a pushing direction causes the object facing the leaf spring to be pushed from a first position to a second position. A direction changing section bends the tail end of the leaf spring relative to the fore end so as to change the direction of advancement and retraction. In an apparatus for selectively reduction-removing nitrogen oxides in exhaust gas in presence of catalyst by spraying aqueous solid reducing agent solution into exhaust gas flowing through a duct to mix the reducing agent into exhaust gas, the present invention prevents nozzle-clogging caused by the reducing agent or its reaction product, permits stable and continuous spraying and uniform mixing of the reducing agent solution into exhaust gas, and thus removes nitrogen oxides at a high efficiency. The nozzle is cooled by supplying at least one of water and gas before supplying the solution into the nozzle. Upon discontinuing supply of the solution to the nozzle, at least one of water and gas is supplied to remove the solution remaining in the nozzle. The solution stored at high concentration is sprayed after diluting it with water in the course of transfer for spraying. A line for supplying water for diluting is added to the line for supplying the solution. On the side peripheral surface of the duct, a nozzle having double-tube structure comprising an inner and an outer tube in which the inner tube tip projects by 1 to 5 mm from the outer tube tip is installed, the solution is supplied into the nozzle inner tube and spray gas is supplied between the inner and outer tubes to spray the solution to exhaust gas.
