An interior part of a vehicle comprises an outer wall constituted by a resin and/or a material containing the resin, and a thermal conductive member joined to the outer wall. The thermal conductive member is partially joined to a vehicle body panel and/or a metal part engaged with the vehicle body panel, so that temperature increase in a vehicle cabin is controlled effectively.

An angle selective reflection sheet which is comprised of an angle selective transparent sheet having a characteristic of selectively reflecting light according to an incident angle of incident light to the angle selective transparent sheet, and a reflection layer laminated on a surface of the angle selective transparent sheet. The angle selective reflection sheet is preferably applied to surface members of an instrument panel, a door trim, a rear parcel shelf, a pillar garnish and a steering wheel.

A vehicle body panel structure comprises an outer panel, an inner panel facing the outer panel, and a trim of a cabin interior. The heat radiation insulating arrangement of vehicle body structure forms a first space by arranging a light shielding shade on the inside of a windowpane, a second space formed between the exterior roof panel and ceiling material, and an air passageway that links the first space and the second space to allow the air to flow from the first space to the second space. A reflective material is provided on the surface of the second space of the ceiling material.

Vehicle body structure with heat radiation insulating arrangement

A low-emission skin material of the present invention comprises a decorative layer made of a fibrous substance comprising 60% by weight or more of bright fiber based on the total weight of the fibrous substance; a reflective layer laminated to the decorative layer and capable of reflecting visible radiation, near-infrared radiation, mid-infrared radiation and far-infrared radiation; and a support layer laminated to the reflective layer to support the reflective layer.

Low-emission skin material

A functional carpet suitable for use in an automotive vehicle. The functional carpet comprises a nonwoven fabric having piles formed throughout a whole surface of the nonwoven fabric. Each pile projects from the surface of the nonwoven fabric and is formed of at least a part of fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric. Each pile has a length ranging from 1 to 10 mm. The nonwoven fabric has a density ranging from 250 to 800 g/m.sup.2. Additionally, a fluoroplastics is adhered to a surface portion of the nonwoven fabric and extends substantially uniformly throughout the surface of the nonwoven fabric. The fluoroplastics includes linear tetrafluoroethylene telomer as a main body. The tetrafluoroethylene telomer has a number of carbon atoms ranging from 6 to 14. The amount of the fluoroplastics adhered to the surface portion of the nonwoven fabric ranges from 1.5 to 60 g/m.sup.2 in solid state.

Functional carpet and method of producing same

A method for evaluating a gloss and brightness character of a coated paint film. The idea of the gloss and brightness cahracter is classified into three feelings, i.e., a smooth feeling, a thickness feeling and a gloss feeling. Three frequency regions for the respective three feelings are selected to be in well correlation to organoleptic values which are for the respective three feelings. In the evaluating method, the degree of a surface roughness of the coated paint film is converted into frequency components. Then the frequency regions are abstracted from the frequency components. The frequency regions are numerically estimated. Finally, the gloss and brightness character of the coated paint film is evaluated in accordance with the numerically estimated frequency regions.
