Noise caused by a gap between a rotor and a plate can be suppressed even when there are dimensional variations in members or assembly states. In a configuration of a stepping motor including front side and end side stator assemblies (), a rotor () provided with a rotor member () and a shaft () that are accommodated in the stator assemblies (), and a front plate () and an end plate () that are arranged on both sides of the stator assemblies () in an axial direction, and are configured to couple the stator assemblies (), a projection () in an annular shape is provided on a surface of the front plate () facing the rotor member () to protrude toward the rotor member (), a coil spring () that is interposed between the front plate () and the rotor member () is accommodated in the inner side of the projection (), and the rotor () is urged toward the end plate () by the coil spring to be elastically pressed against the end plate ().

Stepping motor

An actuator for use with a fluid channel structure comprises: a stator assembly including stator yokes, and a coil; and a rotor assembly including a housing shaped in a circular hollow-cylinder, an output shaft inserted through the housing, a sleeve, a magnet fixedly attached to the sleeve, and a rotor case. In the actuator described above, the housing includes first and second sealing units having elasticity and disposed at the outer circumference of the circular hollow-cylinder. The first sealing unit makes elastic contact with a wall of a fluid channel of the fluid channel structure, and the rotor case has a cup-like configuration and has an open end portion thereof engaging with the circular hollow-cylinder portion of the housing and pressing on the elastic second sealing unit. Thus, hermetic structure is surely achieved.
