Rigidity of a frame of a working vehicle is improved by a simple structure and production costs are reduced by reducing the number of parts of a working vehicle. Pipesare provided on both left and right sides at the center in the front-rear direction of a side frame, and each pipehas a rectangular cross-section and penetrates an intermediate partition in the front-rear direction from a mast sectionup to a transmission section. Tie-down holes are formed in a front face plateto which the front end of a frameis connected, and a plateconnected to a side frameis provided at the bottom surface of each mast sectionprotruding outward from the side frame. Tanks installed on the working vehicle are suspended from the plate bodies, and a lift arm installation boss provided at each mast sectionis supported at both ends. A U-shaped reinforcement memberconnects the upper surface of mast partition plate of a mast sectionand left and right bosses.

Frame structure for working vehicle

The purpose of the present invention is to construct cheaply a light and rigid bonnet of a working vehicle having a working machine such as a loader or a tractor without providing a reinforcement member in an opening of the bonnet, and to improve the external appearance of the bonnet and maintainability of an engine room. A bonnet has rear and lower portions thereof that are opened and an opening is provided in a front or side surface of the bonnet so as to provide an intake grille. The whole bonnet besides the opening is formed hollowly. A front guard is embedded in the opening provided at a center of a front end of the bonnet.

Bonnet and method of manufacturing the same

A canopy of a working vehicle has, therein, a forwardly and reversely rotatable seat and enables an increase in the rigidity of a canopy frame with a low cost and simple structure. Frames forming the back part of the canopy are disposed radially from the rotating axis of the seat in the canopy in plan view and bent toward the inside of the canopy. The heights of the bent points of the frames are generally aligned with the height of the seat surface of the seat and disposed in the canopy.

Canopy of working vehicle

A working vehicle includes a vehicle frame having a front section and a bonnet arranged on the front section. A first engagement mechanism for the bonnet is provided at a front section of the vehicle frame and a second engagement mechanism is provided at a front lower end section of the bonnet. A front face of the vehicle frame includes a cutout section and a cover doubling as a seal member for the bonnet is provided at the cutout section. When the first and second engagement mechanisms are engaged, the first and second engagement mechanisms are positioned on one side of the cutout section and a portion of the cover that covers the cutout section is positioned on an opposite side of the cutout section. The construction can provide the bonnet with high assembly accuracy.
