A window lifter for a motor vehicle contains a plastic component and a metal component. The plastic component is at least in sections in mechanical contact with the metal component on a bearing surface, and wherein microcapsules are embedded into the plastic material of the plastic component at least in the region of the bearing surface. The microcapsules are filled with a lubricant.

Window lifter for a motor vehicle and method of manufacturing the window lifter

A vehicle mechanism is provided. The vehicle mechanism may include a stationary member including a main portion provided with an offset surface region including a bearing-surface region having non-planar regions. The mechanism may also include a moveable member that may be configured to move with respect to the stationary member. The moveable member may include a mating-bearing-surface region that may be configured to engage the bearing-surface region of the stationary member. A coating may be provided on the main portion and the bearing-surface region. The coating on the main portion may have a first thickness and the coating on the bearing-surface region may have a second thickness. The second thickness may be least 20% greater than the first thickness.

An adjusting system for a motor vehicle door includes a window winder for adjusting a window, at least one guide area of the window winder for guiding the window along a direction of adjustment, a door lock and a lock support. The one guide area of the window winder and the lock support are fixedly connected to one another, such that the guide area and the lock support form a structural unit. The guide area which is combined with the lock support into a structural unit includes at least one overlap area for a lateral window edge of the window to be adjusted and a further guide area of the window winder is provided, which is extended in the direction of adjustment of the window, and is positively engaged with a carrier being forcibly guided along the direction of adjustment of the window to be adjusted.

A window lifter has a first lever arm pivoting about a pivotal axis, an output element having a toothed segment with toothing and an opening extending along the toothing, the toothed segment pivoting about the pivotal axis and fixedly connected to the first lever arm, an axle element extending through the opening of the toothed segment, a drive unit which is connected to the first lever arm through the output element, a drive pinion connected to the drive unit which engages the toothing of the toothed segment, a second lever arm having a longer side and a shorter side opposite the longer side, and a slideway in which the axle element is guided. The axle element is mounted on the shorter side of the second lever arm. The second lever arm is pivotally connected to the first lever arm to pivot about an articulation axis spaced from the pivotal axis.

In at least one measuring rod of the length measurement system the direction of magnetization lies in the plane of its cross-section which is perpendicular to the direction of measurement and forms a magnetization pattern. In the simplest case the magnetization of the cross-section is homogeneous. As one advances in the direction of measurement the magnetization pattern is increasingly rotated in relation to the starting end of the measuring rod. This magnetization results in a magnetic field whose direction is also continuously rotated as one advances in the direction of measurement. By means of at least one magnetic field sensor which responds to the direction of the magnetic field the prevailing field angle for each position is determined and can be clearly assigned to the position for a multitude of different variants of the length measurement system.
