In an Oldham coupling, a first protruding part, protruding in a coaxial direction parallel to and extending in a first direction, is provided in one of first and second members, and the other of the first and second members includes a first notch part fitted to the first protruding part and slidable in the first direction along the first protruding part. A second notch part, extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, is formed in one of second and third members, and the other of the second and third members includes a second protruding part fitted to the second notch part and slidable in the second direction along the second notch part. Shaft-integrated gear and driving device

A slip ring for use in a slip ring brush type rotation sensor device, includes a metal ring having an approximately cylindrical shape, and a resin ring that supports the metal ring. Slits extending in an axial direction are formed in respective side surfaces on outer peripheries of the metal and resin rings. The metal ring includes a common part formed on a side surface at one end along the axial direction of the approximately cylindrical shape and segmented by the slits into segments to form common regions, so that adjacent common regions are electrically connectable to each other, and a detection part formed on a side surface at the other end and segmented by the slits into segments to form conducting regions and isolated regions that are alternately provided with the slit interposed between adjacent conducting and isolated regions.

Slip ring, rotation sensor device having slip ring, and method of manufacturing slip ring

A yoke is substantially cylindrical and has an opening portion. A brush holder member is secured to the opening portion of the yoke. The brush holder member retains a pair of supply brushes. A housing member is secured to the opening portion of the yoke on the outside of the brush holder member and covers the opening portion. A pair of securing pieces is formed integrally with the yoke. The securing pieces secure the brush holder member and the housing member to the yoke.

Motor

A brush device has a brush that slides against an outer circumferential surface of a cylindrical rotor. The brush device includes a base member, a terminal retained by the base member, an electric wire, which connects the brush to the terminal, and a cylindrical brush holder. The brush holder is located on the base member. The brush holder has a holder axis, which extends along the radial direction of the rotor. The brush is accommodated in and retained by the brush holder and is movable along the holder axis. The brush holder has an opening portion, which is formed at the outer portion of the brush holder with respect to the radial direction of the rotor. The opening portion permits the brush to pass along a direction perpendicular to the holder axis.

Brush device

An analog clock comprises an oscillator circuit for producing a signal having a predetermined frequency, a circuit for frequency-dividing the output signal of the oscillator circuit so as to produce a clock pulse signal and adjustment pulse signals having a period different from that of the clock pulse signal, a manipulation part for producing an adjustment instruction signal responsive to a time adjustment made in the manipulation part, a circuit for producing a driving pulse signal from one of the clock pulse signal and the adjustment pulse signals depending on the adjustment instruction signal and for supplying the driving pulse signal to a coil for forward rotation or to a coil for reverse rotation, and a stepping motor having a rotor which is rotated in the forward (or reverse) direction by a predetermined angle responsive to an excitation of the coil for forward (or reverse) rotation by one pulse of the driving pulse signal. Hands of the analog clock are rotated by the rotation of the rotor.

A handy type printer with dry cells incorporated therein in which an arrangement consisting of dry cells and a paper feed motor aligned, a screw shaft for sliding a head therealong and a head-driving motor are disposed in the order named in parallel with each other; the ends of a platen and the head-driving screw shaft are supported by first and second shaft bearing members, respectively; and a plurality of reduction gears are rotatably mounted on the first shaft bearing member so as to transmit the torques of the paper feed motor and the head-driving motor to the platen and the head-driving screw shaft, respectively.
