A valve device includes a valve, a drive device, and a transmission unit. A valve changes a flow mode of refrigerant that flows in a circulation path of a refrigeration cycle device. The transmission unit includes a driving-side rotary body, a magnetic transmission member, and a driven-side rotary body. The driving-side rotary body includes multiple magnetic magnet poles in a rotational direction. The magnetic transmission member includes multiple magnetic transmission bodies which are configured to be magnetized by the magnetic magnet poles. The driven-side rotary body includes multiple magnetic magnet poles in a rotational direction. The driven-side rotary body rotates in response to a rotary motion of the multiple magnetic magnet poles of the driving-side rotary body via the magnetic transmission body. The number of the magnetic magnet poles and the number of the magnetic transmission bodies are different from each other. The rotation is transmitted from the driving-side rotary body to the driven-side rotary body via the magnetic transmission member in a non-contact manner.

Valve device

API duty calculation unit of a microcomputer that performs control at a predetermined control period calculates a duty ratio of a voltage applied to a coil of a motor from a target rotation speed and an actual rotation speed calculated by a number-of-rotation information unit. The PI duty calculation unit generates a rectangular wave signal having a period according to one frequency selected from plural predetermined frequencies together with the start of one control period and indicating the calculated duty ratio, and outputs the rectangular wave signal to a PWM duty calculation unit. The PWM duty calculation unit generates a PWM signal for controlling an inverter circuit based on the rectangular wave signal output by the PI duty calculation unit and position information of a rotor of the motor calculated by an electrical angle position information unit.

Motor driving device

A fan motor including: a motor body; a fan; a controller that includes a circuit board and a circuit element; a heat sink that is attached to the controller and that includes a heat dissipating section; a case body that includes a motor holder, and a center piece supporting the stator, with the heat dissipating section disposed between the center piece and the motor holder and the center piece forming an airflow passage along which airflow passes; an introduction section through which airflow flowing toward the heat dissipating section is introduced; a discharge section through which the airflow that has been introduced through the introduction section is discharged toward the fan side; and a facing section that is disposed at a downstream side of the airflow with respect to the heat dissipating section and that extends in a direction to obstruct the airflow.
