According to an embodiment, a mobile terminal displays a flyer in a first display region of a display device (display unit). The mobile terminal generates a product list containing pieces of information of a plurality of products included in the flyer and displays the generated product list in a second display region of the display device. Further, the mobile terminal generates a shopping note of a product selected from the product list by an operator and displays the generated purchase list on the display device.

Information processing apparatus and information processing method

An information terminal for a merchandise registration system includes a camera to read a code for identifying a merchandise item and a display to display a first screen for supporting the reading of the code. A processor transmits the code to a server and receives merchandise data corresponding to the code. The processor switches between a successive-reading mode and a single-reading mode when a setting of a mode operator displayed on the first screen is changed by a user. When in the successive-reading mode, the processor displays the corresponding merchandise data in a part of the first screen and permits successive reading of codes by the camera. When in the single-reading mode, the processor displays the merchandise data in a second screen that is different from the first screen.

Information terminal and method for retail store transactions

A commodity sales data processing apparatus registers, if a code obtained by a receiver is a first code for identifying a commodity, sales data of the commodity identified by the first code. The apparatus acquires, if the code input by the receiver is a second code for identifying a commodity group ordered via a network, data of the commodity group identified by the second code from a saving destination where data of ordered commodities is saved. The apparatus registers, based on the data acquired from the saving destination, sales data of a commodity included in the commodity group identified by the second code. The apparatus executes settlement processing based on the sales data of the commodity identified by the first code and the commodity included in the commodity group identified by the second code.
