A raw material fluid treatment plant is provided with a raw material reaction apparatus for reacting a raw material fluid to form a reaction gas. The raw material reaction apparatus includes preheaters and a reactor. The preheaters are heat exchangers that perform heat exchange between a second heat transfer medium and the raw material fluid to heat the raw material fluid. The reactor is a heat exchanger that performs heat exchange between a first heat transfer medium differing from the second heat transfer medium and the raw material fluid having been heated by the preheaters to heat and react the raw material fluid.

Raw material fluid treatment plant and raw material fluid treatment method

Provided is a plant that includes: a boiler; a device connected to the boiler; a water supply source that is configured to pool water; a water supply line that supplies water from the water supply source to the boiler; a cooler that transfers heat from a medium to be cooled to supply-water, which is the water flowing along the water supply line; a thermometer that determines a temperature of the medium to be cooled or the supply-water; and a temperature regulator that is configured to regulate the temperature of the medium to be cooled on the basis of the temperature determined by the thermometer.

Plant and operation method therefor

A raw material fluid treatment plant provided with a raw material reaction apparatus for reacting a raw material fluid to form a reaction gas. The raw material reaction apparatus includes preheaters and a reactor. The preheaters are heat exchangers that perform heat exchange between a second heat transfer medium and the raw material fluid to heat the raw material fluid. A steam generation apparatus includes: a heat medium flow passage through which a heat medium flows; a primary economizer disposed in the heat medium flow passage; a secondary economizer disposed in the heat medium flow passage at an upstream side of the primary economizer with respect to a flow direction of the heat medium; a primary evaporator disposed in the heat medium flow passage at an upstream side of the secondary economizer with respect to the flow direction of the heat medium; a first flash tank for generating flash steam; a first feed water line configured to supply water heated by the primary economizer to the secondary economizer; and a second feed water line disposed so as to branch from the first feed water line and configured to supply the water heated by the primary economizer to the first flash tank.

An ammonia decomposition facility includes a heating medium line configured to flow a heating medium heated by heat generated by a gas turbine, an ammonia supply line configured to flow ammonia, an ammonia decomposition device, and an ammonia removal device. The ammonia decomposition device is configured to use heat of the heating medium from the heating medium line, thermally decompose ammonia from the ammonia supply line, and generate a decomposition gas containing hydrogen, nitrogen, and residual ammonia. The ammonia removal device is configured to remove the residual ammonia contained in the decomposition gas from the ammonia decomposition device.

A gas turbine exhaust heat recovery plant includes a plurality of gas turbine exhaust heat recovery devices that have a gas turbine and an exhaust heat recovery boiler for generating steam by recovering exhaust heat of the gas turbine, a steam-utilizing facility that utilizes the steam generated by the exhaust heat recovery boiler, and an inter-device heat medium supply unit capable of supplying a portion of water heated or a portion of the steam generated by at least one of the gas turbine exhaust heat recovery devices out of the plurality of gas turbine exhaust heat recovery devices, to the other gas turbine exhaust heat recovery device.

A non-positive displacement type pressurizing device for pressurizing a fluid includes a rotor including a rotary blade row including a plurality of rotary blades provided at intervals in a circumferential direction; a casing that accommodates the rotor; a stationary blade row supported by the casing and including a plurality of stationary blades provided at intervals in the circumferential direction; and a plurality of heat exchanging units for cooling the fluid, wherein the heat exchanging units are configured to divide a flow path formed between stationary blades, of the plurality of stationary blades, adjacent to one another in the circumferential direction in a height direction of the stationary blades.

Pressurizing device, carbon dioxide cycle plant, and combined cycle plant

A gas turbine includes: a compressor configured to compress air; a combustor configured to combust fuel in the air compressed by the compressor so as to generate combustion gas; and a turbine configured to be driven using the combustion gas. Air coolers are configured to bleed the air from a plurality of places having different pressures in the compressor and cool the air bled from the respective places so as to generate cooling air. A waste heat recovery device is configured to recover waste heat from at least two of the air coolers.

A gas turbine plant includes a connection line configured to connect an outlet of a compressor high-pressure stage and an inlet of a turbine via a combustor, a bypass line configured to cause some or all of air compressed at a compressor low-pressure stage to bypass the compressor high-pressure stage and to be supplied to the connection line, and an adjustment device configured to adjust a flow rate of the air flowing through the bypass line. A plurality of types of fluid are supplied to the connection line in addition to the air compressed by the compressor, and during operation of the gas turbine plant, supply of at least one type of fluid of the plurality of types of fluid to the connection line is stopped according to an operating state of the gas turbine plant.

A carbon dioxide recovery system for collecting carbon dioxide from an exhaust gas generated in a facility including a combustion device includes: a first exhaust gas passage through which the exhaust gas containing carbon dioxide flows; a fuel cell including an anode, a cathode disposed on the first exhaust gas passage so that the exhaust gas from the first exhaust gas passage is supplied to the cathode, and an electrolyte transferring, from the cathode to the anode, a carbonate ion derived from carbon dioxide contained in the exhaust gas from the first exhaust gas passage; and a second exhaust gas passage diverging from the first exhaust gas passage upstream of the cathode so as to bypass the cathode. A part of the exhaust gas is introduced to the second exhaust gas passage.
