Provided is an electric tool capable of continuing work by making the electrical advance angle of a brushless motor changeable even when a load is heavy. The electric tool is provided with: a brushless motor; a controller for controlling the drive of the brushless motor; and an inverter circuit supplied with a pulsation voltage obtained by rectifying an AC power supply input in a full-wave manner and electrifying the brushless motoraccording to a control signal of the controller. The controller can change the electrical advance angle of the brushless motor. The controller detects the motor current flowing through the brushless motor and increases the electrical advance angle when the motor current reaches a predetermined threshold value.

When a main switch () is turned ON, an electric operating machine () is put in the standby mode. With a trigger () being pulled in the standby mode, a power supply circuit () applies a voltage to a drive part (). The power supply circuit () adjusts the voltage applied to the drive part () for a voltage corresponding to the pulling rate of the trigger (). When the current running toward the drive part () exceeds the rated value of the drive part (), the power supply circuit () automatically stops power supply to the drive part (). On the other hand, when the output voltage of a battery () drops and the battery () is put in an overdischarge state, power supply to the drive part () is automatically stopped. When it is detected that the battery () undergoes an abnormal event, power supply to the drive part () is automatically stopped.

A portable electric cutter includes a housing in which a motor is accommodated, a saw blade driven to rotate by the motor, a base coupled to the housing and having a bottom surface slidable on a surface of a material to be cut, a fan driven to rotate by the motor, a driving circuit for switching power supplied to the motor, and a control circuit for controlling the driving circuit. A circuit board on which the driving circuit, the control circuit and others are mounted is provided, motor cooling air vents are provided in the housing on a side opposite to the saw blade, and circuit board cooling air vents are provided in the housing on the side opposite to the saw blade.

Portable electric cutter

A power tool includes a housing, a motor, an output unit, and a circuit board unit. The motor is accommodated in the housing and has a rotational axis extending in a top-bottom direction. The output unit is disposed above the motor and extends in a front-rear direction. A power cable is configured to be connected to a power source and is connected to the circuit board unit. The circuit board unit is accommodated in the housing. According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an impact tool including: a motor; a hammer connected to an output portion of the motor; and an anvil to be struck by the hammer in a rotation direction and having a rotary shaft, the hammer striking the anvil in the rotation direction by driving the motor in pulses, wherein the anvil is provided in front of the hammer, wherein the hammer is driven in pulses by the motor, and wherein a rotation angle of the hammer is substantially proportional to a rotation angle of the motor.

In a brushless motor, a rotor core is fixed to a shaft. Through holes are formed in the rotor core, and permanent magnets are inserted to be fixed in place in the through holes. A stator core is fixed to an outer circumferential surface of the rotor core such that the stator core faces the outer circumferential surface of the rotor core. Stator coils are provided on the stator core via insulators so as to configure magnetic flux generating portions. A cooling fan is provided in front of a stator which is configured by the stator core and the stator coils. Axial position of blades of the fan and axial positions of the rotor core and the permanent magnets partially overlap each other in their positions.
