A first object of the present invention is to provide a tire puncture sealing agent having excellent sealing property and injectability. A tire puncture sealing agent of a first embodiment of the present invention contains a particular amine compound, glycols, a rubber latex and/or a resin emulsion, and a surfactant. A second object of the present invention is to provide a tire puncture sealing agent having excellent retainability of generated foam and excellent sealing property even in a small liquid amount. A tire puncture sealing agent of a second embodiment of the present invention contains a particular polyether-modified silicone, glycols, a rubber latex and/or a resin emulsion, and a surfactant.

The present invention provides: a cationic natural rubber latex comprising cationic natural rubber microparticles in which the surfaces of natural rubber microparticles are coated by a cationic polymer, a weight average molecular weight of the cationic polymer being from 3000 to 150000, a concentration of the cationic natural rubber being from 30 to 70% by mass, a viscosity at 20&#xb0; C. being 500 mPa&#xb7;s or less, and surface potential of the cationic natural rubber microparticles being &#x2212;3 mV or less; and a tire puncture sealant comprising the cationic natural rubber latex and an acidic resin emulsion, a mass ratio of a solid content of the cationic natural rubber latex to a solid content of the acidic resin emulsion being from 90:10 to 10:90. Such tire puncture sealant has superior puncture-sealing ability, storage stability, and workability.

Cationic natural rubber latex and tire puncture sealant using same

An object of the present invention is to provide an emulsion coagulant having excellent coagulation performance and a tire puncture repair kit that uses the emulsion coagulant. The emulsion coagulant of the present invention is an emulsion coagulant containing an &#x3b1;-starch and an anionic polyacrylamide; a molecular weight of the anionic polyacrylamide being from 500,000 to 2,000,000; and a mass ratio (WA:WB) of a content (WA) of the &#x3b1;-starch to a content (WB) of the anionic polyacrylamide being from 5:95 to 80:20.

Emulsion coagulant and tire puncture repair kit

A puncture repair device comprises a compressor and a vessel supplied with compressed air by the compressor and containing puncture repair liquid to be pumped to a cavity of a tire. The puncture repair liquid is heated by the heat generated by the compressor.

An object of the present invention is to provide a tire puncture sealing agent that has excellent freeze resistance and that also exhibits excellent sealing properties even in a small liquid amount. The tire puncture sealing agent of the present invention contains: a rubber latex and/or a resin emulsion; a glycol ether represented by Formula (1) below; and a surfactant. In Formula (1), Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group. Rrepresents an alkyl group. p represents an integer of 1 or greater.

An object of the present invention is to provide an emulsion coagulant capable of quickly coagulating an emulsion in an extremely low temperature environment. The present invention is an emulsion coagulant containing an amphoteric acrylic polymer, the amphoteric acrylic polymer having an amide group and a sulfonic acid group and having a weight average molecular weight of 30,000 or lower, and the emulsion coagulant being used to coagulate an emulsion. The present invention is also a tire puncture repair kit that uses the emulsion coagulant.

The objective of the present invention is to provide a tire puncture sealing agent, the liquid amount of which can be reduced while maintaining excellent sealability and injectability. A tire puncture sealing agent of the present invention has a ratio of the increase in volume of 15 to 120% measured by Blender Test defined in ASTM Specification D3519-88.

A puncture repair device of the present technology is provided with: a compressor; a vessel to which the compressed air from the compressor is supplied and that contains a puncture repair liquid that is pumped into the cavity of a tire; and a heating device that heats the puncture repair liquid.

A tire repair device, which has a container for containing the tire repair fluid and a securing jig therefor, is characterized in that the securing jig is configured by coupling a securing portion, which holds the container in a predetermined direction, to a step plate portion.

A tire puncture sealant including a rubber latex and/or a resin emulsion, and an acetylene alcohol and/or a derivative thereof.

An object of the present invention is to provide a tire puncture sealant whereby both sealing performance and storage performance can be achieved. A tire puncture sealant is provided that includes a natural rubber latex, an antifreezing agent, and an acrylic emulsion. A mass ratio of a solid content of the natural rubber latex to a solid content of the acrylic emulsion (natural rubber/acrylic resin) is from 50/50 to 15/85. An amount of the antifreezing agent is from 100 to 300 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of a total of the solid content of the natural rubber latex and the solid content of the acrylic emulsion. The total of the solid content of the natural rubber latex and the solid content of the acrylic emulsion is from 20 to 40 mass % of a total mass of the tire puncture sealant.

A tire puncture sealant is disclosed and described. Such a sealant may include a natural rubber latex and a surfactant, wherein a content of the surfactant is from 1.0 to 6.0 mass % of a solid content of the natural rubber latex and the surfactant includes a non-ionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant at a mass ratio where the non-ionic surfactant/the anionic surfactant=1.0/1.0 to 1.0/5.0.

A tire puncture sealant having both excellent sealing performance and excellent storage performance, specifically a tire puncture sealant containing a natural rubber latex (A) and a VEVA copolymer resin emulsion (B), wherein the solid content mass of the natural rubber latex (A)/solid content mass of the VEVA copolymer resin emulsion (B) is between 80/20 and 15/85.
