A table apparatus with a linear guide device according to the present invention comprises a plurality of members constituting the linear guide device, other members to which the linear guide device is attached and screws for joining a predetermined combination of the members with each other, and screw holes for receiving the screws are formed to the members comprising the combination, and a gas vent hole in communication with a gap formed between the screw and the screw hole by receiving the screw in the screw hole, and the gas vent hole is perforated through the member constituting the table apparatus. When the table apparatus is put under evacuated or depressurized circumstances, remaining air in the gap formed between the screw and the screw hole can be discharged through the gas vent hole in a short period of time, a table apparatus suitable to be used under evacuated or depressurized circumstances can be provided.

A mounting structure is provided for mounting a member to be fixed, on a stationary member, while always accomplishing high position precision even in such cases of fastening of members that a tightening work of bolt is carried out several times, that the members are fixed after repetition of fine adjustment of the fixing position of the member to be fixed, and so on. A screw hole for fixing according to the present invention is shaped so that on a fixing surface of the stationary member provided with the screw hole a region of an annular recess is continuous from the screw hole and annular in the external edge part of the opening portion of the screw hole, and so that when an inside diameter of the through hole in the fastened member is &#x3c6;a and a nominal diameter of the screw hole is b, a width c of the recess in the radial direction of the screw hole satisfies the relation of 0.5&#xd7;(&#x3c6;a&#x2212;b)&#x3c;c&#x2266;2.0&#xd7;(&#x3c6;a&#x2212;b).

Precision mounting structure for industrial equipment parts

A high precision mounting method for linear guide rails is performed with the steps of: fixing the first linear guide rail to a first predetermined position while pressing the first linear guide rail against the reference surface of the mounting jig, disposing the mounting jig at a second predetermined position so that a section shape of the reference surface of the mounting jig in a longitudinal direction thereof is symmetric with respect to a center line between the first and second linear guide rails, and fixing the second linear guide rail to the mounting bed while pressing the second linear guide rail against the reference surface of the mounting jig disposed symmetrically. The mounting method is capable of mounting the linear guide rails in a short time.
