A battery pack disclosed herein is configured to be attached to a battery pack mount by moving the same downward with respect to the battery pack mount and be detached from the battery pack mount by moving the same upward with respect to the battery pack mount. The battery pack comprises a casing. The casing includes a first guide groove and a second guide groove on a side surface of the casing in a left-right direction, with the first and second guide grooves each extending upward from a lower end of the side surface. A length of the first guide groove in an up-down direction and a length of the second guide groove in the up-down direction are different.

A battery pack includes: a housing (); one or more battery cells () housed inside the housing; one or more seat surfaces () disposed inside the housing; a circuit board (), which is housed inside the housing and is mounted on the seat surface(s); and one or more terminals () electrically connected to the circuit board. One or more elastic sheets () surround(s) the perimeter(s) of the terminal(s) and is (are) interposed between the circuit board and the seat surface(s).

A charger is provided with an intake hole through which outside air may flow into the interior of and through the body of the charger, and an exhaust hole from which the outside air is discharged through by the driving a cooling fan. A first vertical wall that surrounds the intake hole or a region exposed to water that drops down the intake hole in a fence-shaped manner, and a second vertical wall that surrounds the exhaust hole or a region exposed to water that drops down the exhaust hole in a fence-shaped manner are provided on a bottom plate of the housing. An electrical circuit board is disposed outward of an area where the first vertical wall surrounds the intake hole and also disposed outward of an area where the second vertical wall surrounds the region exposed to water that drops down the exhaust hole etc.

A battery pack includes a battery cell case, a plurality of battery cells accommodated in the battery cell case, a plurality of lead plates connected to the battery cells, arranged on a same side surface of the battery cell case, and arranged to be separated from each other, and one or more insulation sheets. A first insulation sheet included in the one or more insulation sheets is adhered to a surface of a first lead plate so as to cover the first lead plate at least partially and not to cover lead plates other than the first lead plate.

A charger configured to charge a battery pack of a power tool, and the charger include: a housing having an intake port and an exhaust port; a battery interface included on the housing and configured to removably receive a battery pack, a charging circuit in the housing and configured to supply charging power to the battery pack attached to the battery interface; and a blower configured to introduce air from the intake port into the housing and discharge the air from the exhaust port to the outside of the housing. The intake port includes a plurality of intake holes formed in the housing, and the exhaust port includes a plurality of exhaust holes formed in the housing. Each inscribed circle of the plurality of intake holes is smaller than any of inscribed circles of the plurality of exhaust holes.

Charger configured to charge battery pack of power tool

A plurality of battery cells of a battery pack may include at least one first battery cell arranged in a first row, at least one second battery cell arranged in a second row adjacent to the first row, at least one third battery cell arranged in a third row adjacent to the second row, and at least one fourth battery cell arranged in a fourth row adjacent to the third row. The at least one first battery cell and the at least one second battery cell are connected in series. Each of the at least one first battery cell is connected in parallel with a corresponding one of the at least one third battery cell. Each of the at least one second battery cell is connected in parallel with a corresponding one of the at least one fourth battery cell.

An electrical device may be provided with: a housing to which a battery pack is attached detachably by sliding the battery pack in a sliding direction; a battery connection terminal configured to be electrically connected to the battery pack attached to the housing; and a terminal cover configured to move between a protection position for protecting the battery connection terminal and an exposure position for exposing the battery connection terminal. The housing may include a cover rail extending along the sliding direction. The terminal cover may include: a cover body having a shape that at least partially covers the battery connection terminal; and a hook formed integrally with the cover body, and the hook is engaged with the cover rail so as to slide in the sliding direction.

Electrical device

A battery pack may include a battery cell; a first lead plate electrically connected to a first end of the battery cell; and a first outer waterproof sheet arranged along the first lead plate and covering the first lead plate from outside. The first lead plate may include an opening, and the first outer waterproof sheet may include a ring-shaped projection formed on an inner surface of the first outer waterproof sheet. The ring-shaped projection may project toward the first lead plate and surround the opening of the first lead plate.

Charger

A pair of right and left fixing holes and a pair of strap attachment holes are provided on a rear surface of a main body housing at a position which does not protrude from a side area S in a planar view. A bottom edge portion of an upper recessed portion is provided above the fixing hole to cover each of the right and left fixing holes, the strap attachment holes are provided to be coaxial with the bottom edge portion, and it is ensured that durability and compactness of the charger are obtained.

A charger is provided with a housing comprising an intake port and an exhaust port. A battery interface is disposed on the housing and is configured to removably receive the battery pack. A charging circuit is disposed within the housing and is configured to supply charging power to a battery pack attached to the battery interface. A blower is provided for introducing air into the housing through the intake port and exhausting air from the housing through the exhaust port. The housing is configured to be mountable on a wall extending in a vertical direction. The exhaust port is located higher in the vertical direction than the intake port when the housing is mounted on the wall.
