Under the control of a controller, a DSP supplies audio signals received from a switch circuit to a main zone DAC, subjects the audio signals received from the aforementioned switch circuit (i.e., audio signals for main zone use) to down-mixing processing so that the number of channels matches the number of output terminals assigned to each zone, and respectively supplies the audio signals subjected to down-mixing processing to the respective switch circuits of each zone. Each of the aforementioned switch circuits supplies the audio signals received from the subzone DAC to the respective volume adjustor of each zone.

Audio signal output device

A device includes an electron emission source array including a plurality of electron emission sources, a photoelectric conversion film disposed to face the electron emission source array, and an intermediate electrode provided between the electron emission source array and the photoelectric conversion film, and an intermediate electrode current detector that applies a positive potential, relative to a potential of the electron emission source array, to the intermediate electrode and detects a current flowing in the intermediate electrode.

Image sensing device

A radiation detector includes a signal readout substrate. The signal readout substrate is constructed by arranging pixel units having pixel electrodes in a two-dimensional matrix form on a front surface of a substrate. On a front surface of the signal readout substrate, formed is a photoconductive layer having crystallinity. On a front surface of the photoconductive layer, formed is a contact assistance layer having conductivity. On a front surface of the contact assistance layer, formed is a common electrode. A surface area per unit region of the front surface of the contact assistance layer is smaller than a surface area per unit region of the front surface of the photoconductive layer. In addition, the contact assistance layer is formed so as to include the common electrode and so as to be included in the front surface of the photoconductive layer when viewed from the front.

Radiation detector

A microplate having a base and wells is disclosed. The base has mark parts at least on one edge thereof. Each mark part is defined by notches cut in the edge of the base. The wells are provided in the base and arranged in rows and columns. The mark parts can be used as indicia for identifying not only the microplate but also the wells so that the microplate and the wells can be easily identified without writing numerals or marks on the edges of the base with a felt pen or the like.

Microplate

In the scanning electron microscope 10, the electron beam B is emitted to the specimen 2. When the electron beam B strikes the specimen 2, the specimen 2 reflects the electron beam as reflected primary electrons and generates secondary electrons. Those electrons are detected by the electron detector 14, which in turn produces a reflection image of the specimen 2. The electron multiplier 1 is used for this scanning electron microscope 10. The electron multiplier 1 includes the electron reflection plate 7 which receives the electron beam B when the electron beam B passes by or passes through the specimen 2. Upon receipt of the electron beam B, the electron reflection plate 7 reflects the electron beam B as reflected primary electrons and generates secondary electrons. The microchannel plate 3 is formed with a multiplicity of channels 31 for multiplying the reflected primary electrons and the secondary electrons.

Electron multiplier for scanning electron mircroscopes

A measuring ultrasonic wave transmitter comprises a negative immitance converter inserted between an ultrasonic transmitting transducer and a drive amplifier for driving the transmitting transducer. The output impedance of the drive amplifier, the damping impedance of the transmitting transducer and the impedance between the transmitting transducer and the drive amplifier are offset by the negative impedance caused by the negative immitance converter. A measuring ultrasonic wave receiver comprises a negative immitance converter inserted between a receiving transducer and a pre-amplifier for amplifying the output of the receiving transducer. The damping admittance of the receiving transducer and the load admittance of the receiving transducer are offset by the negative admittance caused by the negative immitance converter.
