A seat control device includes a memory and a processor coupled to the memory. The handrail for getting on and off includes a rail portion for slidably holding one end portion of the link arm which expands and contracts with the movement of the slide door, and a handrail body configured to rotate integrally with the rail portion. When the slide door closes the entrance, the entrance handrail takes a retracted posture in which one end portion of the link arm is located at the other end portion of the rail part and the handrail body is arranged along the slide door. When the slide door opens the entrance, the entrance handrail takes a deployed posture in which one end portion of the link arm is positioned on one end portion side of the rail portion so that the rail portion and the handrail body protrude toward the outside of the vehicle.

An entrance handrail includes an outer pipe that is supported by a supporting member provided in a proximity of an entrance of a vehicle, and that has a non-looped shape that is a shape obtained by removing a partial section from a looped-shape, an inner pipe supported inside of the outer pipe and exposed from the outer pipe at a partial section, the inner pipe having a looped-shape, a sheet member that is configured to be able to cover an outer peripheral face of the inner pipe, and that is movable in an axial direction of the inner pipe and the outer pipe by a drive device provided inside of the outer pipe, and a disinfecting device that is provided inside of the outer pipe and that is configured to disinfect the sheet member by irradiation of ultraviolet rays.

A boarding handrail includes: an outer pipe which is supported by a support member provided on a periphery of an entrance of a vehicle and of which one segment is removed to form a non-annular shape; an inner pipe that has a substantially C-shaped cross-section as seen from an axial direction, with the outside diameter smaller than the inside diameter of the outer pipe, and is disposed in the one segment by being suspended across one end and the other end of the outer pipe; a sheet member that continuously covers an outer circumferential surface and an inner circumferential surface of the inner pipe and is capable of being moved in a circumferential direction of the inner pipe by a driving device provided inside the inner pipe; and a disinfecting device that is provided inside the inner pipe and disinfects the sheet member by irradiating it with ultraviolet light.

A delivery system includes a cooking station, a meal serving station, a drone, a meal conveying device configured to convey a meal from the cooking station to the meal serving station, and a controlling portion. A character of a theme park is displayed on the drone. The controlling portion causes the drone to fly from the cooking station to the meal serving station and causes the meal conveying device to convey the meal from the cooking station to the meal serving station such that, just after the drone has arrived at the meal serving station, the meal conveyed by the meal conveying device is served to a visitor from the meal serving station.

A vehicle cabin airflow forming device includes an airflow forming unit. The airflow forming unit is configured to form airflows circulating around seating space of a seat and form, as part of the airflows, an ascending airflow on one lateral side of the seating space, and a descending airflow on the other lateral side of the seating space. A boarding handrail disinfecting device includes: a cover member that is provided on a door for opening and closing an entrance of a vehicle, and that is disposed so as to closely face a boarding handrail provided on a periphery of the entrance when the door closes the entrance and withdrawn from the boarding handrail when the door opens the entrance; and an irradiation device that is provided on a surface of the cover member that faces the boarding handrail and irradiates the boarding handrail with ultraviolet light.

When the sliding door opens the entrance-and-exit, the boarding and exiting handrail assumes a deployed posture with the handrail main part and the rail part protruded toward the outside of the vehicle as seen from above, and when the sliding door closes the entrance-and-exit, the boarding and exiting handrail assumes a retracted posture with the handrail main part and the rail part disposed along the sliding door as seen from above.

A handrail member is in a deployed state and at a so-called usable position when a tip portion of the handrail member is arranged between a sliding door and a lateral portion of a vehicle. Moreover, by making the handrail member usable, a passenger can place his or her hand on the handrail member when getting on or off the vehicle. As a result, it is possible to help the passenger get on/off the vehicle. In this manner, by turning the handrail member along a vehicle width direction around a bolt, the handrail member can be deployed and stored with a simple configuration.
