A hose for refrigerant transport use comprising an inner layer with superior deterioration resistance performance. The innermost layer comprised in the hose for refrigerant transport use of the present invention is formed using a polyamide resin composition comprising a polyamide and, per 100 parts by mass thereof, from 0.5 to 20 parts by mass of an acid acceptor.

Hose for refrigerant transport use

An object of the present invention is to provide a hose which has a gas barrier layer and a rubber layer adhered without using an adhesive, and which has a dramatically improved durability compared to the conventional hose. The hose of the present invention is a refrigerant hose having an inner layer comprising a gas barrier layer and a rubber layer adhered to the outer surface of the gas barrier layer. The gas barrier layer comprises a modified polyamide prepared by blending a polyamide and a carboxyl group-containing modified polyolefin, and the rubber layer comprises a rubber composition prepared by blending a particular amount of an alkylphenol formaldehyde resin and a particular amount of carbon black with a raw rubber. The raw rubber comprises a BIMS, a copolymer rubber which is a butyl rubber and/or a halogenated butyl rubber, and an EPDM, the carbon black is specified, and no adhesive layer is formed between the gas barrier layer and the rubber layer.

Refrigerant hose

Disclosed is a rubber composition excellent in oil resistance and weather resistance, while having excellent adhesion to a brass. Also disclosed is a vulcanized rubber product using such a rubber composition. Specifically disclosed is a rubber composition containing a rubber component (A), an inorganic filler (B), a plasticizer (C) and a process oil (D). The rubber component (A) contains 30-60% by mass of an acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, 20-40% by mass of an ethylene-propylene-nonconjugated diene rubber, and 20-50% by mass of a styrene-butadiene rubber. The inorganic filler (B) is contained in the composition in an amount of 5-100 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component (A), and the mass ratio between the plasticizer (C) and the process oil (D) is from 15/85 to 75/25. Also specifically disclosed is a vulcanized rubber product obtained by vulcanizing such a rubber composition.

An object of the present invention is to provide ultra-low permeation hoses which have at the interior thereof a refrigerant barrier layer that consists in large part of a metal layer and is capable of conforming to hose deformation, which have an excellent resistance to refrigerant permeation (i.e., barrier properties to refrigerants), particularly an excellent COpermeation resistance and an excellent heat resistance when COis used as the refrigerant. The object can be accomplished by an ultra-low permeation hose having at least a refrigerant barrier layer and a rubber layer and/or a resin layer; wherein the refrigerant barrier layer is a laminated film comprising a resin layer and, on the outside thereof, a metal layer, which the resin layer and the metal layer are bonded together by a polyamide-epoxy reactive adhesive.
