There is provided a low-cost liquid supply apparatus using a system in which a liquid nozzle is moved, the apparatus being configured so that the installation area of the apparatus is small, a liquid vessel can be installed or removed easily without being hindered by equipment for moving the liquid nozzle, and further the number of parts is small. The liquid nozzle is attached to an arm capable of being turned reversibly around a turning shaft, and the movement of the liquid nozzle is controlled by the turning angle of the arm for either one axis of the X-axis and the Y-axis and is controlled by changing the length of the arm from the turning shaft for the other axis.

Liquid supply apparatus

A high accuracy and high precision pump for fluids, specifically for use in chemical and/or medical analyzers includes a female-thread or nut inside the motor rotor shaft and a male-thread or lead screw mated with the female-thread or nut supported by a bearing that restricts the rotation of the lead screw. The lead screw slides axially, and is connected directly to a plunger or piston which is moved forward or backward by the rotation of the motor rotor. The end of the plunger or piston cylinder chamber includes a common fluid path switch-over valve by which fluid flow may be switched over to a plurality of fluid paths. Movement of pumping components, including pump(s), nozzle(s), valve(s), and tubing, is unified to eliminate volume changes due to changes in fluid tubing flexion.

High precision pump for medical and chemical analyzers

An apparatus to mix various liquids in fluid streams includes an outer casing with a plurality of fluid inlets and a fluid outlet, and a plurality of discs bearing a plurality of different holes or groove arrangements stacked one upon another between the fluid inlets and outlet to induce a rotational angular velocity to the fluid streams.

Stationary in-line mixer

A degassing apparatus in which a tube made of permeable film is laid in a vacuum chamber which is decompressed and controlled by a vacuum pump, and a liquid flowing in the tube is degassed by causing gas to permeate through the wall of the tube. The degassing apparatus comprises a valve for opening the vacuum chamber toward the atmosphere and/or a permeable film which is placed between the vacuum chamber and the atmosphere and/or a valve for opening the vacuum pump to the atmosphere which is disposed between the primary valve and the primary cylinder of the vacuum pump. This degassing apparatus can be very small in size and can operate stably.

Pulsations of a peristaltic type fluid-infusion pump are prevented by providing pulsations of opposite phase to that of the pulsations occurring during fluid infusion by the peristaltic type fluid-infusion pump.
