In a vibration isolating mount having a toe correcting mechanism ( ) and installed with bored portions ( ) and an axial stopper ( ) in a rubber-like elastic body ( ) between an inner and an outer cylinder ( ) and ( ), as the stopper ( ), a portion of the outer cylinder on a side opposed to the toe correcting mechanism ( ) interposing the inner cylinder ( ) is extended in the axial direction and stopper rubber ( ) is arranged at a front end of the extended portion ( ) by which a rubber vulcanizing mold can be divided in an upper and a lower portion thereof even with the bored portion ( ), simplification of mold structure is achieved and light-weighted formation and durability of the mount are promoted.

Vibration isolation mount

A product conveying mechanism is provided for an electroplating device which electroplates a thin-wall ribbonlike product such as a printed wiring board given to be plated. It suspends the product from the upper part thereof nipped with a jig supported laterally movably by a cathode bar and conveys the product laterally in an electrolyte solution held in a tank meanwhile feeding an electric current from the cathode bar via the jig to the product through the upper part thereof. The product conveying mechanism is particularly furnished with a jig of striking originality combining the function of nipping a product and the function of feeding an electric current to the product. The jig (,) supported laterally movably by a cathode bar (,) is so constructed as to electroplate a thin-wall ribbonlike product such as a printed wiring board given to be plated by nipping the product in the upper part and suspending the produce from the nipped upper part and laterally conveying the product in an electrolyte solution (B) held in a tank (,) while feeding an electric current from the cathode bar to the upper part of the product through the jig. Thus, the jig (,) combines the function of nipping the product and the function of feeding an electric current to the product.

Product conveyance mechanism for electroplating apparatus

A nozzle for fast plating with plating solution jetting and sucking functions includes an outer cylindrical member and an inner cylindrical member, a plating solution issuing passage being defined between the outer and inner cylindrical members, and the inner space in the inner cylindrical member constituting a plating solution sucking passage. The inner cylindrical member has a front end flared portion having a forwardly flared surface acting to diffuse the solution. The outer cylindrical member has a front open end defining a gap with respect to the flared surface, the gap constituting a jetting port of the plating solution jetting passage. Plating solution supplied from a supply opening of the plating solution jetting passage is jetted from the jetting port toward a workpiece to be plated, the jetted plating solution is discharged from a rear end discharge opening of the plating solution sucking passage.
