According to one embodiment, there is provided a battery. The battery includes a metallic outer can, a wound electrode group, a positive electrode-lead, a negative electrode-lead, a positive electrode insulating cover, and a negative electrode insulating cover.

According to one embodiment, a battery includes an electrode group, a tab, a conductive nipping member, a case, a lid and a lead. The conductive nipping member includes first and second nipping sections. The first and second nipping sections divide the tab into two bundles in which portions of the tab are laminated onto each other in a thickness direction of the electrode group. The lead includes a connecting section connected electrically to a terminal, and current collecting sections which are two sections branched from the connecting section and sandwiching the nipping member.

According to one embodiment, a battery includes a case, an electrode group, a lid, an external terminal and an insulating member. The external terminal includes a head section and an axial section extended from the head section. The axial section is caulked and fixed into a through hole in the lid. According to one embodiment, a battery includes a package can, an electrode group, a lid and a plurality of homopolar external terminals. The electrode group is provided in the package can and comprises a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The lid is provided to an opening part of the package can. The plurality of homopolar external terminals are provided on the lid and electrically connected to the positive electrode or negative electrode.

In one embodiment, a battery includes an exterior can, an electrode group, a lid attached to an opening of the exterior can, and anode and cathode terminal portions arranged in the lid. At least one of the terminal portions includes an insulating gasket having a cylindrical portion, an external insulator having a pedestal portion, an external terminal including a head portion and the axial portion extended from the head portion, an electrode lead located in the exterior can and connected to the external terminal, and an internal insulator to isolate the lid and the electrode lead. The cylindrical portion of the external terminal is fixed to a through hole of the lid and an attachment hole of the electrode lead by a caulking. The insulating gasket is formed of a resin in which the melting point is higher than those of the internal insulator and the external insulator.

The present invention provides a golf club head made of at least a first and second head components formed integrally with each other. A metallic material of the first head component is different in kind from that of the second head component. At an anti-disjoining device such as a projection, concavity or the like is formed, as a part of the head, on all or a part of an end face of the first head component, which is to join the second head component. Further a metallic material having a melting point 200.degree. C. or more below that of the metallic material of the first head component is cast to the first head component to integrally join the end faces of the first and second head components, thereby forming the second head component.
