A magnetic circuit element, used in combination with an adjoining core covering a solenoid having an axis, includes a plate having a soft magnetic material with a face configured to contact an axial end face of the core to form a magnetic path in combination with the core to conduct a magnetic flux. The plate forms a disk shape defining an opening around the axis and is dimensioned to extend the face from an inner periphery to an outer periphery of the axial end face of the core.

Magnetic circuit element for solenoid

A cap for a helical LSD is provided with: a clutch member including clutch teeth; a clutch ring including a ring portion including clutch teeth so as to mesh with the clutch member and one or more tab portions projecting radially outwardly from the ring portion; a cap main body fixed on an axial end of the casing; a receding portion of the cap main body receding from a first face toward a second face and being so dimensioned as to receive and allow the clutch ring to be axially movable, the receding portion including one or more dock portions respectively receiving the tab portions; an opening to allow access to the tab portions; side faces of the tab portions and inner faces of the dog portions so that the faces in combination axially press the clutch ring toward the clutch member; and one or more base portions.

Cap with clutch for helical LSD

A switch for a rotating machine is provided with: a casing supporting two or more terminals respectively having contacts so as to hold the contacts exposed on an inside of the casing; a rod having a rod body fitting in the casing axially movably from a first position to a second position; a first spring axially biasing the rod returning back; a carrier housed in the casing and combined with the rod body to follow axial motion of the rod body; a conductor carried by the carrier and exposed on a side face of the carrier toward the terminals and depart from the terminals at the second position; a second spring intervening between the carrier and the conductor to bias the conductor toward the contacts; and a seal intervening between the rod and the casing and fluid-tightly isolating an interior of the casing.

Switch for rotating machine

A slide flange is used with a rotary body having a clutch rotatable about an axis and a pair of proximity sensors apart from each other in a circumferential direction. The slide flange is comprised of: an inner ring portion fitting on the rotary body and movable in a direction along the axis from a first position where the clutch gets connected to a second position where the clutch gets disconnected; an outer ring portion unitarily elongated from the inner ring portion and so disposed as to at least at the second position face the pair of proximity sensors; a plurality of notches formed on the outer ring portion at even intervals in the circumferential direction; and a coupling portion elongated from the outer ring portion toward the rotary body, the coupling portion being so coupled with the clutch as to rotate the outer ring portion along with the clutch.

Slide flange

A clutch is comprised of a first clutch member including a plurality of first clutch teeth arranged circumferentially around an axis; and a second clutch member including a plurality of second clutch teeth arranged circumferentially around the axis and engageable with the first clutch teeth, each of the second clutch teeth including an end portion internal or external relative to the axis and a pair of side faces facing each other across the end portion, any of the side faces getting in contact with the first clutch teeth when engaged, each of the pair of side faces including a first face being flat and a second face being continuous to the first face and the end portion and having a slope oblique to the first face, wherein one of the first clutch member and the second clutch member is axially movable relative to the other.

Clutch with reduced load on edges

A differential device is provided with an outer case receiving torque; a differential gear set so geared as to allow differential motion between first and second axles; a clutch including an inner case supporting the differential gear set, and a clutch ring drivingly engaged with the outer case to transmit the torque from the outer case and axially movable to disconnectably connect with the inner case, the clutch ring having an end section led out of the outer case; a first spring creating a repulsive force in a disconnecting direction; a second spring creating a repulsive force in a connecting direction; and an actuator including a plunger so disposed as to exert a thrust force axially on the end section of the clutch ring, and a solenoid driving the plunger in a direction to make the clutch ring disconnect from or connect with the inner case.

Differential gear

A clutch to be combined with a rotary machine rotating about an axis is comprised of a rotary member including a first face perpendicular to the axis, a first bottom receding in an axial direction from the first face, and plural first clutch teeth being arranged in a circumferential direction and respectively projecting from both the first face and the first bottom; and a clutch member movable in the axial direction relative to the rotary member, the clutch member including a second bottom, plural second clutch teeth being arranged in a circumferential direction and respectively projecting from the second bottom to be respectively engageable with the plural first clutch teeth, and an internal peripheral wall connecting internal ends of the plural second clutch teeth and projecting in the axial direction toward the rotary member.

Clutch and differential device with same

There is provided with a first clutch. A second clutch is for controlling fastening and releasing operation of the first clutch. The first clutch and the second clutch are radially differently and axially correspondently positioned each other.

Coupling

A differential case has therein a bevel gear type differential mechanism, difference limiting main and pilot clutches, and a cam mechanism for increasing engagement force of the pilot clutch to be transmitted via a transmission member for actuation of the main clutch. Vehicular axles inserted in the differential cases are connected to torque-outputting side gears with circlips for removal prevention thereof and a thrust block to fill a space therebetween. The circlips and the thrust block are applied from the outside through apertures formed in the differential case and the transmission member.

Differential apparatus

An outer rotational member has an inner wall surface and an outer wall surface. An inner rotational member is arranged inside the outer rotational member. Friction-clutch means is provided between the inner rotational member and the outer rotational member and is fastened by a thrust force. An oil lubricates at least the friction-clutch means. An oil space intervenes between the inner rotational member and the outer rotational member. Seal means seals the oil in the oil space. A first oil reservoir is recessed on the inner wall surface of the outer rotational member toward a side of the outer wall surface side.
