A securing device includes a base and a sheet placed on the base. The sheet includes a hole. A securing support is disposed opposite the hole of the sheet. A coupler secures the sheet to the base through the securing support. The securing support includes a contact face that contacts the coupler. The contact face includes a notch through which the securing support is removed from the coupler to separate the base from the sheet without removing the coupler.

Securing device

A packaging container includes a pallet, an enclosure base, an enclosure box, a sheet, and a set of fasteners. The pallet includes a bottom deck, a top deck, and a set of support members. The enclosure base is placed on the pallet top deck. The enclosure box is placed above the pallet top deck around the enclosure base, and includes a top wall, first and second pairs of opposed side walls, an open bottom, and a first set of through-holes. The sheet is passed across the pallet hollow structure and fastened to the enclosure box to connect the pallet to the enclosure box, and includes a center panel, a pair of side flaps, and a second set of through-holes. The set of fasteners are passed through the first and second sets of through-holes to fasten the sheet to the enclosure box from outside the enclosure box.

Packaging container

A container includes a pallet, an enclosure base, an enclosure box, and a set of fasteners. The pallet is disposed at a bottom of the container. The enclosure base is placed on the pallet, and includes a lower base sheet and an upper base sheet. The lower base sheet forms a first pair of side flaps. The upper base sheet forms a second pair of side flaps. The enclosure box is placed on the enclosure base, and includes a top wall, a set of four side walls, and an open bottom. The four side walls of the enclosure box rest on the lower base sheet while surrounding the upper base sheet to position the first pair of opposed side flaps outside the enclosure box, and the second pair of opposed side flaps inside the enclosure box. The set of fasteners fastens the enclosure base to the enclosure box.

A packing unit includes a pallet, a structural base, and a fixing device. The pallet mounts an article thereon. The structural base has a fixed portion and is detachably attached to the article. The fixing device fixes the article to the pallet and includes an article fixing member slidably supported by the pallet. The article fixing member is movable between a fix position at which the article fixing member is engaged with the fixed portion of the structural base of the article to fix the article to the pallet and a release position at which the engagement of the article fixing member and the fixed portion is released.

Packing unit

A packaging container includes a pallet, an enclosure box, an enclosure base, a sheet, and a set of fasteners. The pallet carries the article thereon. The enclosure box rests on the pallet to enclose the article therewithin, and includes a top wall, first and second pairs of opposite side walls, an open bottom, and a first set of through-holes. The enclosure base lies between the article and the pallet to hold the article. The sheet extends across at least a portion of the pallet and the first pair of opposite side walls to secure the pallet to the enclosure box when fastened to the enclosure box, and includes a flat center panel, a pair of side flaps, and a second set of through-holes. The set of fasteners are passed through the first and second sets of through-holes to fasten the sheet to the enclosure box from outside the enclosure box.

Packaging container and method

A packaging device includes a bottom plate and a mounting plate arranged above the bottom plate at a specific distance form the bottom plate. An article to be transported is placed on the mounting plate. A cushioning member is arranged in a space between the bottom plate and the mounting plate. The cushioning member protects the article from shocks. A reinforcing unit is arranged on the bottom plate in the space between the bottom plate and the mounting plate so that support members of the article rest on the reinforcing unit.
