A high thermal conduction insulator exhibiting thermal conductivity, insulating properties and heat radiating properties is produced by supplying a molding material composed of an insulating resin, a diamagnetic material powder and a paramagnetic material (inclusive of ferromagnetic material) powder, and exhibiting fluidity into a mold, and applying a magnetic field to the molding material in the mold to orient clusters, each being composed of diamagnetic material particles of the diamagnetic material powder, which are joined together like a chain, along directions of lines of a magnetic force, and draw the paramagnetic material (inclusive of ferromagnetic material) powder with the magnetic force along one of mold surfaces of the mold, thereby forming a heat radiating layer. Heat transmitted from a facing member to one surface of the insulator is speedily transmitted to the other surface thereof via the clusters, and is effectively radiated from the heat radiating layer existing in the other surface.

Insulator with high thermal conductivity and method for producing the same

A rubber composition includes &#x3b1;,&#x3b2;-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile-conjugated diene copolymer rubber (A), &#x3b1;,&#x3b2;-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile-conjugated diene copolymer rubber (B), ethylene-&#x3b1;-olefin copolymer rubber (C), and a graft copolymer (D). The graft copolymer (D) is obtained by performing graft copolymerization on a mixture of an aromatic vinyl compound and an &#x3b1;,&#x3b2;-ethylenically unsaturated nitrite monomer with an ethylene-propylene-unconjugated copolymer. A content of structure units of the ethylene-propylene-unconjugated copolymer is 20 to 70 wt %, a ratio of the graft copolymer (D) with respect to 100 parts by weight in total of said rubber (A), rubber (B) and rubber (C) is 1 to 30 parts by weight. A composition ratio of the rubber (A), rubber (B) and rubber (C) is rubber (A): 20 to 79 wt %, rubber (B): 1 to 30 wt %, and rubber (C): 20 to 50 wt %.

A sheet part, tubular parts and protruding parts of the buffer sheet are molded by elastic high-polymer material which is added with such a quantity of lowly compatible oil as necessary for effective lubrication by bleeding after molding. The protruding parts are a plurality of ribs which extend in a longitudinal direction of the tubular part, and two are formed on the lower part of the inner circumferential surface while one is formed on each of the right lateral side part, the left lateral side part and the upper part. The elastic deformation of protruding parts creates tightening margins as an effect of pressurizing contact of the storage battery module, and thus the storage battery module is supported with buffering effect while the play is eliminated.

Disclosed is (1) a rubber composition used for molding a glass-run equipped with a urethane lubricating layer on the sliding area of the glass, which comprises an EPDM and an adhesive modifier, wherein the adhesive modifier comprises glycidyl ether, and a metal hydroxide of a metal selected from metals of the III B group and the II A group and (2) a rubber composition used for molding a glass-run equipped with a urethane lubricating layer on the sliding area of the glass, which comprises an EPDM and an adhesive modifier, wherein the adhesive modifier comprises a glycidyl ether, a metal hydroxide of a metal selected from metals of the III B group and the II A group and an amine-containing compound as an epoxy group ring-opening accelerator, and further a glass-run comprising the above rubber composition.

A flexible heat and gasoline resistant rubber laminate having high interlaminar adhesion consisting of a rubber layer (1) consisting a blend of (a) acrylic polymer derived from plasticized crosslinkable acrylates and an unsaturated epoxy group containing compound and (b) a vinylidene fluoride resin, laminated to a rubber layer (2) consisting essentially of crosslinked acrylic polymer derived from plasticized crosslinkable acrylates and unsaturated epoxy group consisting compounds.
