To provide a temperature adjustment stage that can efficiently heat a cartridge in accordance with necessity of heating each well. A temperature adjustment stage for heating a cartridge in which a plurality of wells that store a liquid are formed. The cartridge is used in an inspection system that detects an object captured by an immunoreaction, the wells include a labeled antibody well that stores a labeled antibody that labels the object, and there is provided a structure that does not heat the labeled antibody well.

A specimen containing a substance to be measured is introduced into a flow path of a measurement chip including a flow path which is a cavity for accommodating liquid and a reflecting unit which specularly reflects light which passes through the flow path so as to pass through the flow path again and a measurement value indicating an amount of the substance to be measured in the specimen is acquired. Then, second light acquired when first light including light of a wavelength absorbed by a red blood cell passes through the specimen in the flow path, is reflected by the reflecting unit, and passes through the specimen in the flow path again is detected in a state in which the specimen is present in the flow path. Next, a hematocrit value of the specimen is determined on the basis of a detection result of the second light. Next, a measurement value is corrected on the basis of the hematocrit value.

Measurement method, measurement apparatus, and measurement system

Scanning optical system, comprising a rotatable mirror unit including first and second mirror surfaces each inclining relative to a rotation axis, and a light projecting system including a light source which emits light flux toward an object through the mirror unit. The light flux is reflected on the first mirror surface, then to the second mirror surface, and projected so as to scan on the object correspondingly to rotation of the mirror unit. The mirror unit includes multiples pairs of the first and second mirror surfaces, and the respective intersection angles of the multiples pairs are different from each other. In one rotation of the mirror unit, light flux emitted from the light source is reflected on the second mirror surfaces, and is projected sequentially, thereby to scan a measurement range in which the object is measured. Length in a sub scanning direction of the light flux and intersection angles of the multiples pairs correspond to length in a sub scanning direction of the measurement range.

Surface plasmon resonance fluorescence analysis device and surface plasmon resonance fluorescence analysis method

A surface plasmon resonance fluorescence analysis device has a chip holder for holding an analysis chip, a light source for irradiating excitation light, an angle adjustment unit for adjusting the angle of incidence of the excitation light in relation to the interface of a prism and metal film of the analysis chip, an excitation light reflection filter, a first optical sensor for detecting the fluorescence emitted from the analysis chip and transmitted through the excitation light reflection filter, a second optical sensor for detecting the plasmon scattered light emitted from the analysis chip and reflected by the excitation light reflection filter, and a control unit for controlling the angle adjustment unit. The control unit determines an enhancement angle on the basis of the plasmon scattered light detection results of the second optical sensor.

The present invention provides a scanning optical system and radar that can suppress longitudinal distortion and spot rotation of a spot light radiated on an object. A light flux emitted from a light source is reflected on a first mirror surface of a mirror unit, then, proceeds to a second mirror surface, further is reflected on the second mirror surface, and is projected so as to scan on an object correspondingly to rotation of the mirror unit. The light flux emitted from the light projecting system is made longer in a sub scanning angle direction than in a scanning angle direction in a measurement range of the object and satisfies the following conditional expression, |&#x22c5;1&#x2212;90|&#xd7;|&#x22c5;|&#x22c5;255 . . .
