A surgical tool has a body including a pair of legs, each leg having a leading edge and a butt end. The pair of legs are connected at their butt ends, wherein the pair of legs are configured to come close and depart at the leading edges. A deformable connecting member connects the pair of legs to one another at the leading edges.

Surgical tool for anastomosis

A tube clamp includes a housingthat has an inner cavitylongitudinally passing through the housingand an upper window, and a rollerthat is mounted in the housing with its cylindrical surface positioned at the upper window and is movable longitudinally in the inner cavity. A pair of guide groovesis formed along the upper window and guides a roller shaft. A distance between a bottom faceof the inner cavity and the guide grooves is smaller in a pinching regionthan in an open region. When the roller is positioned in the pinching region, a tubeis closed between the roller and the bottom face, and when the roller is positioned in the open region, the flow path in the tube is opened. The tube clamp further includes a sliderthat is attached over the roller and is movable together with the roller in the inner cavity. The slider has slider shaftsthat are provided on each side of the rear end of the slider and engaged with the guide grooves, and bearing notchesthat are provided on the lower sides of the front end of the slider and fitted to the roller shaft for supporting the roller. The tube clamp can be operated easily with a light force and exert a sufficient force to close the tube.

Tube clamp

A clip which solves a technical problem that the latching of the clip is not easily released by the external force caused by falling, etc., and is easily released when the clip is used. The clip has opposed clipping arms capable of forming an independent and separate space by pressing and holding a clipped object constituted of a flexible hollow member between them. The clip has a latching means on one end of the opposed clipping arm, which has a latching part capable of latching the clipping arms. The clip further has a latching releasing means capable of releasing the latching by an external force headed to an external direction from the clipping arm. The latching means has a supporting point part acting the latching releasing force, added to the latching means by the latching releasing means, to the direction to release the latching of the latching part.

Clip for dividing two liquids

A connector system for sterile connection includes a male type patient side connector having a tube connecting portion at a rear end portion thereof, a protective cap for the patient side connector, an inner cap held in the protective cap and including a ring-shaped portion that supports a disinfectant-impregnated member therein, and a female type circuit side connector including an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder fixed at one end of the outer cylinder, where the inner cylinder includes an internal end portion located inside the outer cylinder and an external end portion exposed outside the outer cylinder. When the protective cap is fitted with the patient side connector, the disinfectant-impregnated member contacts with the patient side connector. When the protective cap is removed therefrom, the inner cap becomes retained in the patient side connector. When such a patient side connector is connected with the circuit side connector, the internal end portion of the inner cylinder penetrates through the disinfectant-impregnated member and a septum. When the connection is released, the inner cap is detached from the patient side connector.

A connector system for sterile connection includes a male type connector having a tube connecting portion at a rear end portion thereof, a protective cap for the patient side connector, an inner cap held in the protective cap and including a ring-shaped portion that supports a disinfectant-impregnated member therein, and a female type connector including an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder fixed at one end of the outer cylinder, where the inner cylinder includes an internal end portion located inside the outer cylinder and an external end portion exposed outside the outer cylinder. When the protective cap is fitted with the male type connector, the disinfectant-impregnated member contacts with the male type connector. When the protective cap is removed therefrom, the inner cap becomes retained in the male type connector. When such a male type connector is connected with the female type connector, the internal end portion of the inner cylinder penetrates through the disinfectant-impregnated member and a septum. When the connection is released, the inner cap is detached from the male type connector.
