A vaporized fuel processing device includes a fuel tank storing fuel used for an internal combustion engine, a pressurizing portion performing a pressurizing process to increase an inner pressure of the fuel tank by supplying gas from outside to inside the fuel tank, and a controller controlling an operation of the pressurizing portion. The controller controls the pressurizing portion to perform the pressurizing process and to keep the inner pressure of the fuel tank at or above a predetermined pressure value at which vaporized fuel is prevented from flowing out of the fuel tank, except for a time of fueling of the fuel tank.

Vaporized fuel processing device

A fuel vapor purge system includes: a fuel tank; a canister; a passage component that defines an intake passage of an internal-combustion engine; a purge pump pumping vapor fuel; and a valve device having a valve object, a main part having an internal passage, an inflow port through which the vapor fuel pumped from the canister flows into the main part, an outflow port connected with the inflow port through the internal passage and being opened to the intake passage, and a leak port connected with the inflow port through the internal passage and being opened to outside of the main part. The leak port has a leak preventive structure which prevents the vapor fuel from leaking to outside when the valve device is attached to the passage component such that the vapor fuel is able to flow into the intake passage.

Fuel vapor purge system

A fuel vapor gas purge system includes a passage forming member forming an intake passage of an internal combustion engine, a valve device being attached to the passage forming member and including a valve element switchable between an allowed state in which the vaporized fuel is allowed to flow into the intake passage and a blocked state in which the flow of the vaporized fuel into the intake passage is blocked, an electric circuit energized to generate a driving force to drive the valve element into the allowed state or the blocked state, a switch portion including an electric contact portion that causes the electric circuit to be in a conductive state when the valve device is attached to the passage forming member, and causes the electric circuit to be in a nonconductive state when the valve device is detached from the passage forming member.

Fuel vapor gas purge system

An evaporation fuel purge system includes: a fuel tank; a canister that absorbs and desorbs evaporation fuel emitted from the fuel tank; an intake passage for an internal combustion engine in which the evaporation fuel desorbed from the canister is mixed with fuel for combustion; a purge passage that connects the canister to the intake passage; an ejector device disposed in the purge passage; and a fluid drive device. The ejector device has a nozzle part that accelerates external fluid. The fluid drive device sends outside air corresponding to the external fluid to flow into the nozzle part.
