A data-saving system includes a data-saving section to acquire and save multiple pieces of data generated when a board working machine performs a board work, a standard storage section that is a candidate for a save destination for saving the data, an additional storage section that is capable of being added to the system and removed from the system, the additional storage section being a candidate for the save destination for saving the data, a degree-of-priority setting section to set a degree of priority for saving for each of the multiple pieces of data based on an execution state of the board work when the data is generated, and a save destination control section to control the save destination of the data based on the set degree of priority while referring to one or more conditions of a condition of presence or absence of the additional storage section.

Data-saving system

A component mounting machine automatically arranges backup pins at positions designated in a production job. A control device configured to control an operation of each of the component mounting machines determines whether a backup pins exists at a position where the backup pin cannot be automatically arranged in the arrangement of the backup pins designated in the production job, and when the backup pin exist at a position where the backup pin cannot be automatically arranged, excludes the backup pins at the position from the arrangement of the backup pins designated in the production job not to be automatically arranged, and automatically arranges only the other backup pins at the positions designated in the production job.

Automatic back-up pin arrangement system for component mounting machine

An automatic backup pin arrangement operation includes a backup plate facing a lower surface of circuit board where backup pins stored in a stock areas are picked up with an XY-robot to be automatically arranged at positions of the backup plate designated in a production job. In a case where there is no free space in the stock areas for an unnecessary backup pin removed from the backup plate to be placed when a production job for changing the arrangement of the backup pins is switched, at least a part of a region of the backup plate facing a lower surface of the circuit board, which does not interfere with a mounted component on a lower surface side of the circuit board, is used as retraction area, and the unnecessary backup pin that cannot be retracted to the stock area is retracted to the retraction area.

Automatic backup pin arrangement system for component mounting machine

An automatic exchanging device is provided which moves alongside the front face of a component mounting line. When an automatic exchange request for a feeder is generated in any of multiple component mounting machines constituting the component mounting line, the automatic exchanging device moves to the front of the component mounting machine in which the automatic exchange request was generated to automatically exchange the feeder. When a new automatic exchange request is generated in any one of the component mounting machines, a pull-out operation of a predetermined number of component mounting machines is prohibited, from the component mounting machine facing the automatic exchanging device toward the position of the component mounting machine in which the new automatic exchange request was generated.

Component mounting line

A board work machine that includes a rotary head with multiple positions is provided for lowering nozzle holders and is able to continue operating even though it is determined that the nozzle holder cannot be lowered at one of the multiple positions. In step S1 in a Z shaft updating process, when determining based on Z shaft table that a lifting and lowering operation function is not effective and that an assigned Z shaft is not used for lifting and lowering, CPU lifts up and lowers a Z shaft that differs from the assigned Z shaft in step S11. Mounter can continue mounting work by using the Z shaft that differs from the assigned Z shaft.

Substrate working machine that selects which lifting and lowering section to pick up a component

A component mounting device includes multiple selector valves corresponding individually to multiple holders disposed on a rotary head and switching between making and breaking communication between a corresponding holder flow path and a negative pressure source, and valve driving devices driving selector valves corresponding to holders, among the multiple holders, located in predetermined revolving positions. The component mounting device executes a negative pressure recovery operation when a suction error has occurred in which the component is not held by suction to the nozzle after suction operation. When a suction error occurs at the nozzle held by the holder, the component mounting device performs the negative pressure recovery operation by waiting for the holder to be rotated to a predetermined revolving position and drives the selector valve corresponding to the holder using the valve driving device to cut off communication between the holder flow path and the negative pressure source.

Component mounting device

A control device is used for a mounting device with a mounting head including at least a first holder on which a first pickup member is installed, and a second holder on which a second pickup member is installed, and configured to pick up components supplied from a component supply section and mount the components. The control device includes a control section configured to acquire a first deviation amount of a tip of the first pickup member and a second deviation amount of a tip of the second pickup member and select a combination of the pickup members in which an interval between the tips of the pickup members that is obtained based on the first deviation amount and the second deviation amount falls within a predetermined range.

Control device, mounting device and control method

An automatic exchanging device for moving in an arrangement direction of multiple component mounting machines alongside the front face of a component mounting line to set feeders to and/or remove feeders from a feeder setting base of each component mounting machine, and a control device for controlling the movement of the automatic exchanging device. The control device monitors the operational states of the multiple component mounting machines and, when an error requiring the work of the operator occurs in any one of the component mounting machines, sets a predetermined range including the component mounting machine to a movement prohibited area of the automatic exchanging device to move the automatic exchanging device out of the movement prohibited area until it is determined that the work is completed.

A component supply system comprising: a supply device including a storage section configured to store a component and a storage body mounting section where a storage body including at least the storage section is detachably mounted and configured to supply a component from the storage section of the storage body mounted on the storage body mounting section in a supply position; a first loading stand on which the storage body can be placed; and a second loading stand disposed at a different location from a location where the first loading stand is disposed and on which the storage body can be placed, wherein the storage body is transferred between either of the first loading stand and the second loading stand and the storage body mounting section.

Component supply system and component mounting machine

A working system includes multiple modules constituting a work line, a moving body that moves along the work line in which the multiple modules are arranged to supply necessary members to each module, and a line constituent member constituting a part of the work line. The line constituent member can be installed on the moving path of the moving body and has a light projecting section that projects light toward the moving body along the moving path of the moving body. The moving body has a sensor configured to detect the presence of an interfering object; a light receiving section configured to receive light from the light projecting section, and a control section configured to monitor for the presence of the interfering object within a detection range of the sensor.

Working system

In a board work machine that performs board work with reference to a reference mark provided on a board, in a case of performing board work with respect to a board provided with overall reference mark and local area reference mark that acts as a reference for a local area as reference marks, when recognizing the reference marks by imaging, checking is performed as to whether a recognized reference mark is recognized correctly. For this checking, when checking whether the position deviation amount from a normal position and the relative position deviation amount of an imaging target identified as a reference mark is within the range of a set tolerance, set tolerances for a local area reference mark are smaller than set tolerances for an overall reference mark.
