A vehicle seat includes a seat cushion provided with a seat cushion frame, a front link configured to adjust a height of the seat cushion with respect to a base that is a slide rail or a vehicle body floor, and a front load detection sensor attached to an upper rail and configured to detect a load applied to the vehicle seat. The seat cushion frame includes a pair of side frames separated from each other in a seat width direction, the front link includes a first rotation shaft configured to be rotatable with respect to the seat cushion frame and a second rotation shaft configured to be rotatable with respect to the base, and the front load detection sensor is arranged at a position different from the second rotation shaft in a front to back direction of the seat.

Conveyance seat

A seat support of the conveyance seat includes right and left front foot members that are attached to a body floor with a gap therebetween in a seat width direction and extend to protrude upward from the body floor and a foot linking member that links the upper portions of the right and left front foot members and is disposed to partially overlap the right and left front foot members in the up and down direction. A closed section structure is formed by an opposing wall portion disposed at a position opposing the foot linking member in an up and down direction, right and left side wall portions continuously bent from both end portions of the opposing wall portion in a seat width direction and protruding to abut toward the foot linking member in the front foot member, and the foot linking member.

An armrest device is provided in which deformation of an armrest frame is suppressed. The armrest device includes an armrest frame, and a bracket by which the armrest frame is rotatably supported. The armrest frame has, at lengthwise extremities thereof, a base end closer to an axis of rotation and a distal end farther from the axis of rotation. The bracket includes a deformation restriction portion provided protrusively toward the armrest frame, the deformation restriction portion being a portion which faces toward the armrest frame in a direction of the axis of rotation of the armrest frame and which is located on one side of the axis of rotation on which the base end is located, when an armrest is in a use position.

Armrest device

An armrest is fixed to a shaft () of a one-way clutch () that is provided on a seat frame, and is rotatable together with the shaft () relative to the seat frame. The armrest is configured to be switchable by the one-way clutch () between a locked state in which rotation of the armrest in a downward direction is restricted and an unlocked state in which rotation of the armrest in upward and downward directions is allowed. The armrest includes a main frame () constituting a framework of the armrest, and a reinforcement frame () having a thickness larger than that of the main frame (), the reinforcement frame () and the main frame () lying one over another. The reinforcement frame () is fixed to the shaft ().

Rotably lockable armrest

A side airbag apparatus is provided between a vehicle body and a back seat, and includes a base housing configured to house an airbag and an inflator, a base member having upper and lower base attachment portions provided to sandwich the base housing in an upper-to-lower direction and attached to a portion of the vehicle body, and a retainer member configured to hold the base housing from a vehicle back side. Right and left engagement claws at an upper end of a back wall of the retainer member are arranged to engage respectively with engagement holes provided at a portion of the vehicle body on the vehicle back side. A virtual plane passing through the upper and lower base attachment portions and extending along a vehicle front-to-back direction passes between the right and left engagement claws.
