An improved vaporized liquid fuel combustion apparatus of the type including a cylindrical combustion chamber, a blower and a heat exchanger is disclosed. An end plate located at the upstream end of the combustion chamber is formed with an air flow guide port through which combustion air is introduced into the combustion chamber. The air flow guide port is located at a position eccentric relative to the axis of the cylindrical combustion chamber. An air guide is disposed in the area located in the proximity of the air flow guide port in such a manner to generate swirl flow in the combustion chamber. The air guide may be disposed on the wall surface of the end plate either on the side located opposite to the blower casing or on the side located opposite to the combustion chamber. The air guide is preferably formed integral with the end plate by press working. To generate swirl flow a swirl flow generating air passage in the form of a circular groove may be formed in the blower casing so that air from the blower is brought to the air flow guide port in the swirled state. The swirl flow generating passage is so designed that its depth as measured from the bottom gradually decreases toward the air flow guide port on the end plate.

Liquid fuel combustion apparatus

An improved apparatus for heating fluid by burning liquid fuel is disclosed. To heat fluid such as water, air or the like medium heat exchanging is effected between the combustion chamber in which liquid fuel is burnt with combustion air introduced therein and the fluid passage through which fluid to be heated flows. The apparatus includes means for controlling rotational speed of a single motor for rotating the fuel pump and the blower, means for controlling a flow rate of fuel to be pumped from the fuel pump, means for controlling a flow rate of combustion air and an electronic control unit into which a variety of parameters relative to the above-mentioned means are inputted. The parameters are processed in the electronic control unit to individually control the means for controlling rotational speed of the motor, the means for controlling a flow rate of fuel and the means for controlling a flow rate of combustion whereby heat exchanging therebetween is achieved without fluctuation in temperature of fluid. Typically, the parameters are rotational speed of the motor and flow rate of fuel pumped from the fuel pump. The parameters may be those as selected from a group of atmosphere pressure, temperature of combustion air, voltage of electric current, temperature of fluid before and behind heating and required heating temperature of fluid.

Apparatus for heating fluid by burning liquid fuel

An ultrasonic air humidifying apparatus wherein, in order that a fine mist made by mistifying water with an ultrasonic energy may be effectively delivered through a mist conduit pipe, the mist conduit pipe positioned above the water surface of water to be mistified is covered at the lower end with a member having a plurality of openings so that an apex portion of a conical projection of water formed by swelling the water surface with the ultrasonic energy will project into the mist conduit pipe through one of said openings and an air current fed on the water surface by a blower will be led into the mist conduit pipe through said openings.

Ultrasonic air humidifying apparatus

An ultrasonic air humidifying apparatus comprising separably connected upper and lower cabinets; a power transformer, high frequency generator and motor-blower contained in the upper cabinet; a water vessel formed in the lower cabinet; a chassis board interposed between the upper cabinet and lower cabinet so as to define an airtight space above the surface of water in the water vessel; a mist conduit pipe fixed to the chassis board, inserted at the lower end into the water in the water vessel and projected at the upper end out of the top part of the upper cabinet; an ultrasonic vibrator assembly fitted to the lower end of the mist conduit pipe; and a water supply tank removably fitted in the upper cabinet so as to supply water into the water vessel, in order to obtain an ultrasonic air humidifying apparatus easy to clean and inspect and high in the performance.
