Provided is a wire harness that can realize a simplified mold structure and reduce costs. A wire harness includes: a tubular member that is flexible and into which an electrical wire is inserted; and a path regulation member that regulates a routing path of the electrical wire. The path regulation member includes bent portions. The bent portions are formed by bending the path regulation members, and thus the routing path of the electrical wire can be regulated.

Wire harness

A shield conduction path that includes a wire; and a pipe with a circular cross-section that accommodates the wire. The pipe is formed by combining a first divided body and a second divided body that are divided in a diameter direction using, as boundaries, divided surfaces that extend in an axial direction of the pipe. The first divided body and the second divided body include a metal material that can be held in a combined state through welding, and a circumferential length of the first divided body is set to be longer than a circumferential length of the second divided body.

Shield conduction path

A wire harness capable of combining low voltage wires and high-voltage wires without using shielded wires. The harness is provided with high-voltage wires, which are passed through a pipe possessing shielding properties and shape retention properties, and a low voltage wire, in which a shape-retaining conductor that runs parallel to the pipe and possesses electrically conductive properties and shape retention properties is encased by an insulating member. The low voltage wire is placed on the outside of the pipe and, as a result, the low voltage wire is not affected by the electromagnetic noise of the high voltage wires, which makes it possible to combine the high-voltage wires and the low voltage wire.

A wire harness that allows branched locations to be defined and can be manufactured inexpensively. A wire harness includes a tubular bendable pipe through which a wire is inserted. The pipe includes pull-out ports of the wire at positions corresponding to branching locations of the wire. The pull-out ports are configured to open on the respective mating surfaces of a first divided segment and a second divided segment obtained by circumferentially dividing the pipe into two. Bushes serving as protection portions that protect the wire are provided at rims of the pull-out ports.

Provided is a shielded conduction path that enables a manufacturing operation to be performed easily and enables preventing positional shift. The shielded conduction path includes a shielding pipe that is shaped as a tube that surrounds electrical wires and is constituted by a pair of divided bodies that have divided ends that extend along the axial direction, and positioning members that are locked to the pair of divided bodies and are attached to the electrical wires. The two divided bodies are positioned relative to the electrical wires by the positioning members, and an operation of joining the two divided bodies together or the like can be performed without difficulty.

Shielded conduction path

A protector configured to be attached to an end portion of a pipe, the protector including a housing in which a connector where a first wire that is inserted through an inside of the pipe and a second wire that is disposed outside the pipe are connected to each other can be housed outside the pipe, and a displacement restrictor that can restrict displacement of the first wire in a radial direction by coming into contact with an outer circumferential surface of the first wire.

Protector and wire harness

A grommet and a wire harness with a grommet are provided. The grommet is for attachment to the joint between tube members into which electrical wires are inserted, and includes a main body portion that is formed by a material that has elasticity and is shaped as a tube capable of coming into close contact with the tube members. The main body portion has a pair of divided bodies that are obtained dividing the main body portion such that the interior of the main body portion is open over the entire length thereof. Mating surfaces of the pair of divided bodies are fixed to each other in a liquid-tight manner.

Grommet and wire harness with grommet

A wire harness including a conductive portion that can be electrically connected to a device that is located midway along the routing path. A wire harness includes a conductive portion extending along a routing path to form a circuit. The conductive portion is formed of a single-core wire or a pipe. A branch connection portion configured to be flat against a portion of the conductive portion that is adjacent thereto is provided in the conductive portion midway in an extension direction thereof. A branching wire is connected to the branch connection portion.

A wire harness WH is provided with a pipe, through which wires are passed. The pipe has multiple split portions split in the longitudinal direction. The wires are branched in the longitudinal direction. The locations of branching of the wires are defined by locations corresponding to the split portions.

A wire harness and an electric wire protecting pipe that can protect electric wires without including a separate component for shielding a drain hole. The electric wire protecting pipe is a resin pipe into which electric wires are insertable, and a lower wall portion is provided integrally with a projecting portion that projects outward, and a circumferential wall portion of the projecting portion is provided with a drain hole. According to such a configuration, the electric wires are protected from flying gravel, splashing water, or the like, by the projecting portion that is formed integrally with the electric wire protecting pipe, and thus the electric wires can be protected without including a separate component for shielding the drain hole.

Electric wire protecting pipe and wire harness

A wire harness and an electric wire protecting pipe that can prevent holes from being formed by flying gravel while the vehicle is moving and includes a bending pipe portion that can be bent easily. The electric wire protecting pipe is a resin pipe into which electric wires are insertable, and includes a bending pipe portion that is easily bent and is provided with protruding portions and recessed portions that are alternately continuous with each other in an axial direction, and a straight pipe portion that is flat and is not easily bent in the axial direction. A thickness of a lower wall portion that is disposed on a lower side when the electric wire protecting pipe is attached to a vehicle is greater than a thickness of a left wall portion and a right wall portion.

A shielded conductive path capable of being easily managed in terms of a length of a portion of a single core wire protruding from a shield pipe includes a shield pipe electromagnetically shielding a plurality of single core wires inserted therein and a spacer having insertion holes individually receiving the single core wires. Each single core is made of a single conductor as a core wire. The spacer is fitted inside of the shield pipe while being restricted from displacement in directions perpendicular to an axial direction of the shield pipe.

Embodiments of the present application provide better configurations of a partition-attached metal pipe as an external cover material for a wire harness, including: a metal pipe through which a wire harness including a plurality of electrical wires can be inserted; and a separate metal partition member that is to be assembled by being inserted into the pipe; wherein a plurality of electrical wire insertion spaces that are partitioned by the partition member and a circumferential wall of the pipe are provided continuously in an axial direction of the pipe.
