A method for producing a supporting glove includes the steps of applying a specific amount of a first polymer mixed liquid to a knitted glove; drying the first polymer mixed liquid applied to the knitted glove; applying a coagulant solution to the knitted glove after drying; applying a specific amount of a second polymer mixed liquid to the knitted glove after applying the coagulant solution; and drying the second polymer mixed liquid applied to the knitted glove. A first polymer film is formed to cover a yarn knitted into the knitted glove over the entire thickness direction of at least the part of the knitted glove. A second polymer film is formed to continuously cover the first polymer film to form at least a part of an outer surface and not reaching an inner surface of the knitted glove.

Method for producing supporting glove

A glove with a sleeve is provided in which the bonding strength between the glove main body and the sleeve is great, allowing easy wearing and removal as well as easy overlapping of the glove main body and the sleeve upon bonding. The glove with a sleeve includes: a glove main body compromising rubber or a resin as a principal component; and a cylindrical sleeve comprising a thermoplastic resin as a principal component that is arranged to protrude from a cuff portion of the glove main body, in which the cuff portion of the glove main body is bonded to one end portion of the sleeve through a moisture-curing urethane-based hot melt adhesive. The moisture-curing urethane-based hot melt adhesive is preferably crosslinked. A post-curing thermal deformation temperature of the moisture-curing urethane-based hot melt adhesive is preferably no less than 80&#xb0; C.

Glove with sleeve and production method of the same

A glove includes: a glove body made of fibers, the glove body being for covering a hand of a wearer; and a coating layer made of a resin or rubber, the coating layer being overlaid at least on a palm region of the outer surface of the glove body, in which a loop yarn is used as a knitting yarn of the glove body, and irregularities arising from the loop yarn are provided on the surface of the coating layer. The ten-point mean roughness (Rz) of the surface of the coating layer is preferably no less than 300 &#x3bc;m and no greater than 1,200 &#x3bc;m. The average outer diameter of loops of the loop yarn is preferably no less than 1 mm and no greater than 6 mm. The average distance between loops of the loop yarn is preferably no less than 1 mm and no greater than 10 mm.

Glove

A glove includes: an inner glove knitted from a fiber yarn; an outer glove that covers an outer side of the inner glove; and a hot-melt adhesive interposed partially between the inner glove and the outer glove which are layered, the outer glove including: a base knitted from a fiber yarn; and a coating layer layered on an outer face of the base and composed of a rubber or resin as a principal component; and the inner glove and the outer glove are bonded together by first heating the hot-melt adhesive applied onto a bonding portion on the inner glove or the outer glove, and then cooling and pressurizing the bonding portion. The inner glove is preferably a knitted product. The inner glove is preferably seamless. The cooling temperature during the cooling and pressurizing is preferably no higher than a softening point of the hot-melt adhesive.

Glove and manufacturing method of glove

A glove with a coating layer of rubber containing air bubbles formed at least on the surface of a back portion of a glove base material made of fibers is provided, wherein the moisture permeability of the coating layer of the back portion ranges from 1000 to 9000 g/m&#xb7;24 hrs in terms of a measured value according to JIS L 1099 A-1 method (calcium chloride method) and the wear loss of the coating layer of the back portion is 40 mg or less in terms of a value measured after 100 revolutions by use of a tester, Nu-Martindale Abrasion and Peeling Tester, specified by EN ISO 12947-1, according to the European Standard EN 388; 2003. The glove of the present invention is excellent in moisture permeability and abrasion resistance of a back portion.

Glove and method for producing the same

Work glove

A work glove including a glove base material made of fiber and a foam layer composed of a thermoplastic resin or a rubber provided thereon, the foam layer having irregularities formed by heat press on the surface is provided. Heat press induces collapse and thermal fusion of foam, leaving traces of the foam on the surface of a foamed material. The foam layer produced by this technique has both film strength and abrasion resistance without deterioration in the non-slip properties usually possessed by the foam layer.
