A bus bar unit includes: a plurality of bus bars which electrically connect coils of respective phases of a rotating electric machine and an external power source to each other, and integrally form external connection terminals; and a bus bar integral holding portion which covers parts of the plurality of bus bars and electrically insulates the plurality of bus bars to each other. Each bus bars is equal in thickness from the external connection terminal to a bus bar joining portion joined to a coil joining portion of each phase, and a width of the bus bar joining portion is wider than that of the coil joining portion.

Bus bar unit

A bus bar unit includes a plurality of bus bars that electrically connects coils of each phase of a rotary electric machine and an external power supply, a plurality of caps that separately covers portions of the plurality of bus bars and separately hold the plurality of bus bars, and an outer holding section that is formed of an insulating material, that collectively covers the plurality of caps, and that is formed in a state in which the plurality of bus bars are electrically insulated.

Multi-cover bus bar unit for rotary machines

A vehicle includes: a power equipment; a floor panel having a recessed power equipment containing portion that houses the power equipment; and a frame member that suspends and holds the power equipment, wherein the frame member is fixed to the floor panel through a holding member so that a part of the power equipment protrudes from the floor panel, the holding member has an upper end surface, a lower end surface, and a vertical wall that connects the upper end surface and the lower end surface to each other. The frame member is fastened to the upper end surface of the holding member, and the floor panel is fastened to the lower end surface of the holding member.

Power equipment arragement for a hybrid vehicle

A power supply apparatus includes a plurality of battery modules, a support plate, a plurality of first reinforcing projections, and a plurality of second reinforcing projections. The support plate supports the battery modules and includes a first plate and a second plate. The first plate thermally contacts bottom surfaces of the battery modules. The second plate is placed on a bottom surface of the first plate to define cooling spaces between the first and second plates. A coolant is to flow in the cooling spaces. The plurality of first reinforcing projections is provided on at least one of the first and second plates. The first reinforcing projections project into the cooling spaces and extend in a first direction. The plurality of second reinforcing projections is provided on a top surface of the first plate and extending in a second direction intersecting with the first direction.
