An NBR composition that includes, based on 100 parts by weight of NBR, 0.2 to 0.7 parts by weight, preferably 0.2 to 0.5 parts by weight, of stearic acid, and paraffin wax, which has the melting start temperature of 65° C., in an amount equal to 2 to 6 times the amount of said stearic acid, and preferably further zinc oxide and a UV resistant antioxidant. The NBR composition has improved ozone resistance using stearic acid and paraffin wax, which are generally compounded in NBR compositions, while neither affecting the material physical properties or product appearance, nor increasing the compounding amount of an ozone resistant antioxidant.

NBR composition

An acrylic rubber composition comprising 0.05 to 3.0 parts by weight of a fluorine-containing compound having a melting point of 30 to 100&#xb0; C., based on 100 parts by weight of acrylic rubber. The acrylic rubber composition that can improve the dispersibility of a processing aid in the compound and the rubber compound handling properties during open roll operation without using a silicone-based processing aid, which causes bleeding of vulcanizates, and that satisfies the various characteristics, such as dimensional stability and heat resistance, of vulcanizates.

Provided are a fluororubber composition maintaining rubber properties and excellent in flowability and mold releasability as well as capable of reducing a cross-linking time when molded, and a fluororubber sealing material formed of the fluororubber composition. The fluororubber composition contains a polyol cross-linkable based fluororubber; an aliphatic acid amide based compound; at least one member selected from a phosphoric acid ester based compound, an aliphatic acid ester based compound and a fluorine-containing based compound; and a polyol based cross-linking agent. The fluororubber sealing material is formed of the fluororubber composition.

Disclosed is a rubber composition containing 100 parts by weight of a rubber blend comprising 99-85 by weight % of chloroprene rubber and 1-15 by weight % of chlorinated polyethylene rubber, (A) 10 to 30 parts by weight of a polyether ester-based plasticizer having a molecular weight of 450 to 650, or (B) 10 to 30 parts by weight of both of a polyether ester-based plasticizer having a molecular weight of 450 to 900 and an ester-based plasticizer having a molecular weight 350 to 500, and 3 to 10 parts by weight of two or more aromatic amine-based antioxidants. The rubber composition can simultaneously satisfy requirements for use as, for example, an automobile grease cup material, that is, heat resistance, ozone resistance, cold resistance, and adhesion to metal or resin.

Rubber composition

Provided is an electrical insulating resin composition capable of forming an electrical insulating layer which has excellent flexibility and board adhesiveness, together with high thermal resistance and high humidity resistance, tolerates a high temperature treatment at soldering and can be stably used for a long time under a harsh environment with high temperature and vibration in an automobile. A resin composition containing as organic components at least a rubber like polymer compound (A) composed of a copolymer of an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diene compound and a polymerizable monomer (B) having one or more terminal reactive double bonds is employed as the electrical insulating resin composition. The compound (A) may be partially hydrogenated. The composition may optionally contain an oligomer (C) having a ring structure and having a reactive unsaturated bond in the molecule thereof.
