This inspection assistance program for assisting inspection of a vehicle causes a computer to function as: a display control unitthat causes a display unitto display a selection screen for selecting one inspection execution item from a plurality of inspection items; and a device control unitthat causes a device provided to the computer and associated with the inspection execution item selected on the selection screen to operate. When a liquid amount of a battery of the vehicle is selected as an inspection execution item on the selection screen, the device control unitmay turn on a lightas a device associated with the inspection execution item. The device control unitmay activate an imaging devicethat generates an image as the device associated with the inspection execution item.

Inspection assistance program, inspection assistance system, and inspection assistance apparatus control method

The present invention includes: a preliminary photography unitthat performs preliminary photography which is photography at a stage before the main photography for photographing the driving state of a driver of a vehicle using a photographing devicethat photographs a prescribed range including the face of the driver; and a lighting control unitthat lights a lighting devicefor emitting light which is attached to the photographing deviceor around the photographing devicewhen the preliminary photography is performed by the preliminary photography unit. Control device and photographing system

A collision sensor 1 is mounted on a pedal bracket 2 which are supported by a front frame 4, a front mount rail 5, and a reinforce 8 which are all located in front of the cab. The collision sensor 1 is connected through a cable 24 to the gas generator 21 of a pretensioner seat belt 16 and to the inflator 23 of an air bag 17. The pedal bracket 2, being high in rigidity, senses a shock wave well, and is scarcely damaged at the time of a collision. Since it is not exposed directly in the air, it is high in weather resistance, and is proper in maintenance because it is located at the position to which the hand can be readily extended. Thus, at the time of a collision, the degree of injury to the passenger is minimized.

Vehicle collision sensor mounting device

A start-assist system for a vehicle using air actuators attached to one of rear axles, behaving as a drive axle, is provided to increase the load to the drive axle and the traction when the vehicle starts to run. A control device supplies air to the air actuators when the unladen vehicle is stopped, but discharges air from the air actuators, while keeping residual air in them, when the laden vehicle is stopped or when the vehicle runs at a speed over a predetermined speed. Thus the air actuators are protected from collapsing.

Control device of a start-assist system

A start-assist system provided in a vehicle having two rear shafts, one of which is a drive axle, includes a control device having an air actuator attached to the drive axle; a level sensor for detecting loads applied to the shaft axles; an air supply source for supplying compressed air to the air actuator; a first valve disposed in an air conduit for supplying air to the air actuator; a second valve for releasing air from the air actuator; and a controller for controlling the first valve and the second valve. The a controller opens the first valve to introduce air to the air actuator when a signal from the level sensor indicates that the vehicle is stopped and is unladen, and opens the second valve to release air from the air actuator when the signal from the level sensor indicates that the vehicle is stopped and parking brake is activated.
