A gas-liquid separator includes a cylindrical inlet pipe and a fluid inflow pipe. The inlet pipe includes a fluid inlet which is formed in a fluid entering side and radially opens. An axis line of the inlet pipe horizontally extends. The fluid inflow pipe includes at an end a connection opening connected to the fluid inlet. An axis line of the fluid inflow pipe horizontally extends. The fluid inflow pipe introduces the gas-liquid two-phase fluid through the fluid inlet from a side of the inlet pipe. In a connecting portion, a position of an axis line extending through a center of a connection opening in communication with the fluid inlet is vertically offset with respect to a position of the axis line of the inlet pipe.

Gas-liquid separator

A gas-liquid separator includes an inlet pipe and an inner pipe. The inlet pipe includes a swirling flow generating member therewithin, and a first drain port through which the liquid exits. The inner pipe includes an opening at an end which is inserted into an end of the inlet pipe. The swirling flow generating member includes a vane supporting portion extending along an axis line of the inlet pipe, and stator vanes provided on an outer circumferential surface of the vane supporting portion. The vane supporting portion has a conical shape whose diameter gradually increases from a fluid entering side to a fluid exiting side of the gas-liquid two-phase fluid. The stator vanes surround the outer circumference with inclining relative to the axis line of the inlet pipe.

A gas-liquid separator includes an inlet pipe through which a gas-liquid two-phase fluid flows and a swirling flow generating ribbon disposed within the inlet pipe to swirl the gas-liquid two-phase fluid along an inner surface of the inlet pipe, wherein the inner surface of the inlet pipe includes a first step surface at a location downstream of a flow direction of the gas-liquid two-phase fluid from the swirling flow generating ribbon, the first step surface increasing an inner diameter of the inlet pipe downward thereof.

A swirling flow generator for gas-liquid separation includes a swirling flow generating ribbon for swirling a gas-liquid two-phase fluid flowing through a pipe to guide a liquid toward an inner surface of the pipe by centrifugal force. A terminal end of the swirling flow generating ribbon where the gas-liquid two-phase fluid is to flow out includes a first terminal edge and a second terminal edge. The first and second terminal edges connect a first terminal end point, a second terminal end point, and a middle terminal end point. The first terminal end point is in a first of radially outward ends and the second terminal end point is in a second of the radially outward ends. The middle terminal end point is closer to a side where the gas-liquid two-phase fluid is to flow in than the first and second terminal end points and is on an axial line.

Swirling flow generator for gas-liquid separation

A gas-liquid separator includes an inlet pipe and an inner pipe. The inlet pipe receives a swirling flow generating ribbon, and includes an exhaust port through which a separated gas flows out and a drain port through which a separated liquid flows out. The outer diameter of the inner pipe is smaller than the inner diameter of the inlet pipe. An end of the inner pipe is inserted into the exhaust port and is open at a location downstream of the swirling flow generating ribbon. A terminal end of the swirling flow generating ribbon includes a first terminal edge and a second terminal edge. The first and second terminal edges connect a first terminal end point, a second terminal end point, and a middle terminal end point.

Turn signal switch

A connection structure for power supply to a vehicle door comprising a door side connector,and a body side connector,, either one of the door side connector and the body side connector being provided with female terminals,and the other connector being provided with male terminals,, each of the female terminals including contact members,having a pair of contact portions,which are biased in a closing direction by means of a spring member,and adapted to be opened and closed in a horizontal direction, and each of the male terminal,being inserted between a pair of the contact portions. A pair of the contact portions are provided with shutters,respectively at their forward ends, and the shutters are closed when the contact portions are closed thereby to close an opening,formed in the connector,for receiving the male terminal. The male terminal,may be biased by a spring in a projecting direction with a larger force than a force of inserting it into the female terminal.

Connector structure having dust/water droplet damage prevention capability

A connection structure for power supply to a vehicle door including a door side connector,a body side connector,a plurality of female terminals,provided in parallel in either one of the connectors, and a plurality of male terminals,corresponding to the female terminals provided in parallel in the other of the connectors, the female terminals,and the male terminals,being connected to each other when the door is closed, the female terminals,being arranged close to one another and synchronously swingable around a support shaft,in a direction of axial displacement with respect to the male terminals,The connection structure further includes a spring member,for forcing a pair of contact portions,of each of the female terminals,into a closed state, the spring member,including a pair of leg portions,which are in abutment against spring receiving walls,of a housing,of either one of the connectors. With this structure, the connectors,and,can be downsized in both width and length, and the axial displacement of the terminals will be avoided.

Connection structure for power supply to vehicle door

A combination switch device for use in conjunction with an automobile steering column. The device has a switch body into which at least one lever switch is engage so that it may be easily detached from the body. To this end, the lever switch includes at joining-side electrical terminal for electrically connecting the lever switch to a wiring and connecting means which is fixedly incorporated into the switch body when the lever switch is engaged with the switch body. The wiring and connecting means is formed of bus bars integral to the switch body. The combination switch also includes a control unit which is electrically connected to the wiring and connecting means for receiving output signals from the lever switch. The control unit is electrically connected to the lever switch through the wiring and connecting means and joining-side connecting terminals when the lever switch is engaged in the switch body.
