A turbo fluid machine includes a rotating member having a bearing-contact surface; an operating part configured to rotate together with the rotating member to compress and discharge a fluid; a housing accommodating the rotating member and the operating part; and a foil bearing having a bearing surface that faces the bearing-contact surface and supporting the rotating member such that the rotating member is rotatable relative to the housing. At least one of the bearing-contact surface or the bearing surface has thereon a coating layer. The coating layer comprises polyamide-imide serving as a binder resin and molybdenum disulfide serving as a solid lubricant. A mass ratio of molybdenum disulfide to polyamide-imide is 0.42 or more.

Said protective film demonstrates excellent wear resistance and weatherability.

A curing-type coating-agent composition according to the present invention contains: Component (A) (e.g., an isocyanuric ring-containing urethane (meth)acrylate compound) in an amount of from 20 to 80 parts by mass; Component (B) (e.g., an isocyanuric ring-containing tri(meth)acrylate compound free from any urethane bond) in an amount of from 10 to 70 parts by mass; Component (C-1) (e.g., a reaction compound between a colloidal silica and an alkoxysilane compound having a maleimide group) in amount of from 1 to 35 parts by mass, or Component (C-2) (e.g., a specific organosilicon compound) in an amount of from 5 to 35 parts by mass; a radical-polymerization initiator serving as Component (D) in an amount of from 0.1 to 10 parts by mass; an ultraviolet absorber serving as Component (E) in an amount of from 1 to 12 parts by mass; and an organic solvent serving as Component (F) in an amount of from 10 to 1,000 parts by mass; with respect to a sum of the Component (A), the Component (B), and the Component (C-1) or the Component (C-2) being taken as 100 parts by mass. The aforementioned composition demonstrates excellent wear resistance and weatherability as a coating agent for plastic substrate, or the like, which is employed outside.

The member for vehicle according to the present invention exhibits excellent wear resistance and weatherability.

Disclosed is an active energy ray-curing composition containing an active energy ray-curing prepolymer (A) obtainable by a reaction of an acrylic-based prepolymer having a hydroxyl group and an acrylic monomer (a4) having an isocyanate group, an active energy ray-curing compound (B) having a benzotriazole group, another active energy ray-curing compound (C) differing from the (A) component and the (B) component, and inorganic oxide particles (D). The active energy ray-curing composition contains an active energy ray-curing prepolymer (A) obtainable by a reaction of an acrylic-based prepolymer having a hydroxyl group and an acrylic monomer (a4) having an isocyanate group, an active energy ray-curing compound (B) having a benzotriazole group, another active energy ray-curing compound (C) differing from the (A) component and the (B) component, and inorganic oxide particles (D). The acrylic-based prepolymer having the hydroxyl group is a copolymer that includes an acrylic monomer (a1) having a piperidinyl group, an acrylic monomer (a2) having a hydroxyl group, etc., as monomer units.

A paint composition includes a raw polymer, and a dry solvent for dissolving the raw polymer. The raw polymer is composed of a transparent polymer having a hydroxyl group, and polysilazane. The polysilazane is included in an amount of 10% by weight or more with respect to the entire raw polymer taken as 100% by weight. Also disclosed are a process for producing a transparent protective film using the paint composition, and organic glass using the same. Note that the organic glass exhibits a surface hardness of 0.4 GPa or more.
