The present invention provides: a rubber composition obtained by mixing 30 to 80 parts by mass of carbon black, whose DBP absorption value and CTAB adsorption specific surface area satisfy the following relational formulas (I) and (II), into 100 parts by mass of a rubber component, wherein macrodispersion D(%) of the carbon black in the rubber composition is 1% or more and less than 10%, and the rubber composition has high performance and excellent processability such as roll workability and the like; and a rubber product such as a tire having reduced rolling resistance and excellent fatigue resistance and abrasion resistance.DBP absorption value(cm/100 g)&#x3c;3.0&#xd7;(CTAB adsorption specific surface area(m/g))&#x2212;270&#x2003;&#x2003;(I)DBP absorption value(cm/100 g)&#x3c;115&#x2003;&#x2003;(II)CTAB adsorption specific surface area(m/g)&#x3c;230&#x2003;&#x2003;(III).

Rubber composition and tire obtained using same

A sealing agent stock solutionis prepared by preparing a mixed solutionby mixing a rubber latex, a resin emulsion and a surfactant, and a predetermined amount of water in a solution preparation vessel, followed by adding an anti-freeze agentto the mixed solution. The sealing agent stock solutionis held (left standing still) at least over for 24 hr or more and preferably over for 48 hr or more without stirring in the solution preparation vessel, followed by filtering the sealing agent stock solutionwith a filter membermade of a mesh filter having the mesh number from 50 to 400 mesh to remove latex aggregatesgenerated in the sealing agent stock solution, and thereby a sealing agentthat does not contain the latex aggregatesis produced.

Process for production of sealing agent

Sealing pump-up device

A puncture sealing agent that is excellent in storage stability, and good in puncture sealing properties, and the like, is provided. A puncture sealing agent containing at least a synthetic rubber latex, wherein the gelation ratio as evaluated in a Maron-type mechanical stability test performed in accordance with JIS K 6387 is 0.001 to 10%.

Puncture sealing agent

A ligneous finishing material including a base plate, a sheet formed from a sheet base impregnated with a thermosetting resin and attached to the base plate, and a decorative sheet impregnable with a resin and attached to the sheet. The base plate, sheet and decorative sheet are laminated on each other by a hot-press process. The thermosetting resin is preferably a phenol resin having a fluidity in a pre-pregnated state of 3% to 50%. The ligneous finishing material is inexpensive and highly resistant to surface damaging, and can be used as a surface facing material for floors, etc., and as a facing material for fittings and furnishings.
