An energy storage module includes a plurality of cells, a first end plate, a second end plate, and a busbar module. The busbar module includes a plurality of busbars and a busbar case that holds the busbars. The busbar case includes a first end case, a second end case, and a connection portion. The first end case engages with the first end plate. The second end case is located to be separate from the first end case in the first direction, and engages with the second end plate. The connection portion connects the first end case and the second end case to each other. The connection portion includes a first expandable portion that is expandable in the first direction.

A battery wiring module including: bus bars including a terminating bus bar having an external connection portion; a case accommodating the bus bars; a cover portion mounted on the case to cover the bus bars while including a fixing portion mounted on the case, a large lid portion attached to the fixing portion via a first hinge portion to be rotatable from a first closed end covering the external connection portion and its peripheral region to a first open end exposing the external connection portion and its peripheral region, and a small lid portion attached to the large lid portion via a second hinge portion to be rotatable from a second closed end covering the external connection portion to a second open end exposing the external connection portion; and a retainer to retain the large lid portion at the first open end.

A flexible printed wiring board according to an aspect includes a base film, a conductive pattern disposed on one surface of the base film, and an extra length absorbing portion protruding from the base film and disposed in a direction of a plane, the extra length absorbing portion including a pattern connected portion connected to the conductive pattern, a coupling portion having a first linear wiring portion, a first arcuate wiring portion, and a second linear wiring portion coupled in this order continuously from the pattern connected portion, and a connecting terminal connected to the coupling portion, the pattern connected portion and the connecting terminal being opposite to each other in a direction in which the extra length absorbing portion protrudes.

Flexible printed wiring board and battery wiring module

A flexible printed circuit board includes: a proximal end portion; a left strip portion and a right strip portion that extend in the rear direction from the proximal end portion; and conductive paths, a portion of which is provided spanning from the proximal end portion to the left strip portion, and another portion of which is provided spanning from the proximal end portion to the right strip portion. In portions of the conductive path in the left strip portion and the right strip portion, strip side connecting portions that are electrically connected to electrode terminals of electricity storage devices are provided. In the left strip portion, a deformation portion that deforms to increase the distance between the left strip portion and the right strip portion is provided.

Flexible printed circuit board and wiring module

A terminal-equipped electrical wire includes an electrical wire and a terminal that is connected to the electrical wire. The terminal includes a metal cap portion in which one end portion of a tubular portion that has a tubular shape is sealed and another end portion is an opening portion. The terminal is connected to the electrical wire in a state where the cap portion is placed over an end portion of the electrical wire. An edge portion of the opening portion has an increased width in the diameter direction of the tubular portion.

A wiring module includes multiple bus bars, a resin protector that has one or more holding portions that hold the bus bars and is provided with a tolerance absorbing portion that absorbs tolerance in the arrangement direction of power storage elements, and a cover that is attached to the resin protector and holds all of the holding portions. The resin protector is provided with a locking portion that locks the cover, the locking portion projecting in a direction identical to the projecting direction of electrode terminals and extending along the arrangement direction of the power storage elements. The cover is provided with a lock-receiving portion that is locked to the locking portion. The locking portion and the lock-receiving portion are locked in a manner of enabling relative movement along the arrangement direction of the power storage elements at an edge portion of the cover that extends in the arrangement direction of the power storage elements.

A bus bar terminal includes an electrode connection portion that connects electrode terminals of power storage elements to each other, and a wire connection portion that is to be connected to an electrical wire. Restriction portions are provided between the electrode connection portion and the wire connection portion, and restrict the movement of a liquid adhered to the electrode connection portion toward the wire connection portion.

Terminal and wiring module

A bus bar terminal includes an electrode connection portion that connects electrode terminals of power storage elements to each other, and a wire connection portion that is to be connected to an electrical wire, and guide portions are provided between the electrode connection portion and the wire connection portion, the guide portions guiding adhered liquid so as to fall to a position separated from the wire connection portion.

A temperature detection module includes a thermistor configured to detect the temperature of an electric cell, a thermistor electrical wire drawn from the thermistor, a thermistor holding portion configured to hold the thermistor movably in a direction in which the thermistor comes into contact with and separates from the electric cell in a form in which the thermistor is biased to move toward the electric cell, and an electrical wire routing path in which the thermistor electrical wire is routed in one direction. The electrical wire routing path is provided with a holding means for holding a midpoint of the thermistor electrical wire that is drawn from the thermistor and routed along the electrical wire routing path in a form in which a drawing end of the thermistor electrical wire is provided with an excess length portion having a predetermined length in order to allow movement of the thermistor.

Temperature detection module

A battery wiring module that is attachable to an electric cell set configured with a plurality of electric cells that are lined up in a line-up direction, and that have metal terminals, namely a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The battery wiring module includes: a bus bar for electrically connecting the metal terminals of adjacent electric cells to each other; a resin protector that is made of insulating resin, that has a bus bar holding section for holding the bus bar, and that is attachable to the electric cell set; and an electronic control unit for detecting a state of at least one electric cell. The resin protector is configured to accommodate a tolerance in the line-up direction of the plurality of electric cells, and the electronic control unit is attached to the insulating protector so as to be movable in the line-up direction relative to the insulating protector.

The invention provides titanium dioxide pigments for plastics resin compositions which are excellent in dispersibility, light resistance, and weather resistance and little cause surface imperfection. In particular, the invention provides a titanium dioxide pigment suitable for general-purpose plastics resin compositions which can attain excellent dispersion and lacing resistance even when blended in a high concentration; a titanium dioxide pigment suitable for engineering plastics resin compositions which can attain dispersion properties, silver streaking resistance, inhibition of reduction in molecular weight, and thermal discoloration resistance at high levels; a process for the production of the pigments; and resin compositions containing the pigments. A titanium dioxide pigment for plastics resin compositions, characterized in that each titanium dioxide particle has a dense hydrous silica coat covering its surface and an organic compound coat formed on the silica coat not through an interlayer.

Titanium dioxide pigments, process for the production thereof, and resin compositions containing the pigments

Disclosed is a titanium oxynitride with excellent hiding properties (light-blocking properties) which is also excellent in degree of blackness and oxidation stability. Specifically disclosed is a titanium oxynitride having a chemical composition expresses as TiNxOy.nSiO(wherein Ti represents titanium atoms; N represents nitrogen atoms; O represents oxygen atoms; Si represents silicon atoms; x represents the ratio of nitrogen atoms relative to titanium atoms, y represents the ratio of oxygen atoms relative to titanium atoms, and x and y are respectively a real number of more than 0 but less than 2; and n represents the molar ratio of SiOrelative to TiNxOy which is a real number within a range of 0&#x2266;n&#x2266;0.05). This titanium oxynitride contains nitrogen atoms represented by N in an amount of not less than 17% by weight but less than 23% by weight, while having a specific surface area of 5-30 m/g and a crystallite size determined by using an X-ray diffractometer of 17-25 nm.

Black titanium oxynitride

The titanium dioxide pigment of the present invention contains an anatase type crystal in an amount of 98-100% and has an average particle diameter of 0.2-0.4 &#x3bc;m and a whiteness of 95-97 in terms of L value of linseed oil. The titanium dioxide pigment of the present invention has characteristics peculiar to anatase type, for example, optical characteristics such as bluish color tone and physical characteristics such as low hardness, and furthermore has high opacity which is not possessed by conventional anatase type titanium oxide pigments.

Titanium dioxide pigment and method for producing the same and resin composition using the same

The present invention relates to a process for producing titanium dioxide pigment, which comprises a step of coating hydrolysis product of an alkylsilane compound represented by the following formula (1): (where R is an alkyl group having 5 or less carbon atoms, R' is a hydrolyzable group, and n is an integer of 1 to 3, m is an integer of 0 to 2, and n+m&#x2266;3) by dry processing on surfaces of particles of titanium dioxide pigment. The present invention provides titanium dioxide pigment with distinguished hydrophobic property, dispersibility, and heat resistance.
