An electric brake device includes a first slave piston which is housed in a cylinder body and generates hydraulic pressure in a first hydraulic chamber by moving forward, a motor which transmits a driving force to the first slave piston, and a restriction pin which is inserted and secured to the cylinder body in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the cylinder body and restricts a backward position of the first slave piston when a hydraulic pressure is applied from an outside to the first hydraulic chamber, wherein the restriction pin is inserted and secured to the cylinder mechanism in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the cylinder main body. Further, a clearance is formed between an inner peripheral wall of the cylinder body and a first groove portion and second groove portion which are formed on an outer surface of the restriction pin.

Electric brake device

The present invention provides an input device of a vehicle brake system, the input device being a separate unit from an electric brake actuator, the electric brake actuator for generating a first fluid pressure, the input device of the vehicle brake system comprising: a master cylinder for generating a second fluid pressure; a stroke simulator for applying a simulated reaction force, the stroke simulator and the master cylinder forming an attachment body, with the stroke simulator disposed in communication with the master cylinder; and a component storage box provided on the attachment body for a component of either one of the master cylinder and the stroke simulator, wherein the attachment body has a vent hole with a first end in communication with the component storage box and a second end in communication with a space formed before a surface of a dashboard having the input device mounted thereon.

Input device of vehicle brake system

An electric brake actuator (motor cylinder apparatus) for generating hydraulic brake pressure on the basis of at least an electric signal corresponding to brake manipulation by an operator, which is incorporated in a vehicle brake system with an input apparatus being arranged separately from the electric brake actuator and receiving the brake manipulation. A reservoir reserving brake fluid is attached to a cylinder body included in the electric brake actuator, and the ceiling of the reservoir is inclined from the axis of the cylinder body in correspondence with an arrangement of the main body inclined from the horizontal line.

Electric brake actuator and vehicle brake system

In an electric braking device that produces brake fluid pressure by driving a second slave piston in the axial direction with the driving force by a motor, a driving force transmission mechanism for transferring the driving force by the motor includes a nut that rotates upon reception of the rotational driving force by the motor, and a ball screw shaft which is engaged with the nut and is movable in the axial direction and which abuts the second slave piston. The electric braking device further includes a worn-out reducer for reducing the worn-out of a contact part between the ball screw shaft and the second slave piston.
